But when will the ever docile, ever willing tools - THE MIDDLE BELTERS summon the courage to wean themselves from off the Hausa and Fulani people, who despite their unqualified loyalty to them have been decimating their population for over 50 years now through ethnic cleansing as have always been carried out by the pastoral jihadists/extremists/islamists whom the ignorant press in Nigeria often dubbed as FULANI HERDMEN or UNKNOWN UNIFORMED MEN, who are in fact, hired mercenaries from neighbouring Chad, Niger, Nothern Cameroon, all North Africa and far-flung Middle East!

And today having spent sleepless nights dissecting, trying to identify and know the problems of Nigeria, this is what God has told me to tell this DUNDER HEAD OF A PRESIDENT and all of his useless NOISE MAKING TEAM (Ministers and his BUDGET TERRORISTS - civil servants he had praised to high heaven on assumption of office, but which I told him, having had the knowledge of the inner workings of governance in Nigeria, both in the private and in the public sectors up to the PRESIDENCY, are the real corrupters of the political officials as the Nigerian civil servants are in fact, the ones who do coach political officials how to "just take small, small, just juggle figures small, small they no go know...then before you go defend budget at the APEX LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (ALA), call them and negotiate with and tell them how much go be their own or GIVE THEM SOMETHING before you go defend your DEPARTMENT'S BUDGET (Ministry's). Adding, "after they don pass the budget, go register your company, give am any name wey you like and begin to do supply for the ministry...as you take your own, if we omo ise (servants) just get crumbs to buy bread for our families, e no go be bad idea, Oga."
Excepting in Nigeria/Africa, civil servants the world over by the nature of their calling are neither rich nor poor, but comfortable - only in Nigeria/Africa do you have civil servants - your pen robbers as billionaires having real estates and properties. I had written about the ridiculous amount of money they were selling Federal Government Houses at Asokoro to themselves - one was just sold at N45xx in the name of "Oga just bring wetin you get." The the current President MUST look into the sales of all Federal Government houses, land, vehicles, other properties, etc, if he is really serious about fighting corruption in that country. They were never happy when I was in their midst and showed it by such questions as: "Why they go bring this kind boy to come sit on this committee?" And when I had advanced in age, yet the youngest on virtually all the national committees I had sat on, be there techno-industrial or what I would call ordinary or facts finding national committees, they had always exploded in moments of desperation and frustrations: "Why dem come put this kind man in this committee? Thus, I can confidently tell Nigerians and Wole Soyinka that conferences/confabs/summits in Nigeria don't solve no problems, rather they are occasions for chop-chop - white papers of such committees are received by the President/Head of State with pomp and pageantry, sometimes with foreign journalists in attendance, but they are left to become dusty over time or if something very sensitive, after a few weeks or months of issuing the white papers, the very office where such documents/findings are kept are set ablaze by 'office rats', 'cockroaches', 'spiders' and faulty cables!

HOW TO START TACKLING NIGERIA'S MULTIFACETED PROBLEMS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY
What are the problems of Nigeria?
1. List them in order of priority (1-10,000?)
2. Analyse the problems - causes and effects; how do you go about solving them - solutions; list and analyse the solutions; come up with a plan of action or action plan; write the executive summary; next: shall we kick off with a pilot project?
4. Budget: (But please not OBRUKUTU BUDGET!); how are you going to get the money to solve/fund these problem/s, projects;
5. Duration: short/medium/long terms; review, feedback;
6. Goal of project/s; mission statement/s; economic benefits;
7. Partnership (private sector, individual)?
8. Deadline for completion;
9. Guaranteed for how long, if network of roads - minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 25 years; create ideas banks by having a website, or:
⦁ Go to kindergarten/preparatory schools, since under Muhammadu Buhari, the nation and the world have on hand a situation of KIDDIE GOVERNMENT OR KIDS IN GOVERNMENT (KIG) who do not even know their Time Table!
⦁ Distribute sheets of papers to these kids ages 0-5 and ask them to each list ten problems confronting Nigeria in order of priority - kids with the best ideas may be given award, The Sun Newspaper, now notorious for chasing people into their homes and toilets to deliver letters of awards to every LAGBAJA AND JALAGBA in Nigeria may be contracted to go chasing these kids whilst sucking their mothers breasts to delliver their letters of awards to them and on behlaf of the Presidency invite them to Abuja...opari!
⦁ Go to primary, secondary schools, colleges and the universities throughout Nigeria and ask them to list each on a sheet of papers at least fifty problems confronting Nigeria and submit to their teachers/lecturers who will forward them to Baba Daura and Sinner in the Presidency to sift the wheats from the chaff.
⦁ Approach market people throughout Nigeria to do same, especially Mama Subaru at Oyingbo Market.
⦁ Go to garages throughout Nigeria and ask the touts there to identify for the APC and the current Arewa Government the problems of Nigeria in order of priority.
⦁ Go to all the prisons in Nigeria and ask the prisoners to list on the walls of their prisons what they consider as the problems of Nigeria in other of priority.
⦁ Ask Boko Haram, MEND, MASSOB, IPOB, OPC, Almajiris, etc to identify and send to the Presidency what they consider as the problems of Nigeria.
⦁ Create a website and give Fashfraud the contract: Let the website be called NIGERIA WAHALA and ask all Nigerian professionals and other Nigerians to post on the NW what they consider as the problems of Nigeria and they should tell Mr Buhari & Kiddie Gang how they can go about solving them in order of priority.
⦁ Not forgetting, ask IMF, Paris Club, the whole West, East (Asis), Middle East, particularly the 'owners' of Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Iran to tell Baba Daura and his cohorts what the problems of Nigeria are.

It is stupid to import foods, fruits, fish meat/beefs such as iced fish (oku eko) and other such from Norway and elsewhere, when we are surrounded by waters, when in year 2000, Muhammadu Buhari in a lecture he had delivered before the association of West African Cattle Rearers said the region boasted then of about 400, 000, 000 herds of cattle.
As a former Executive Secretary of the Foundry Association of Nigeria, working closely with the Ministry of Science and Technology under General Sam Momah, Gordian O. Ezekwe, one of the creators of Ogbunigwe, former Chairman/CE of (NASENI) National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, Dr Timothy Obiaga, former Director-General/CE of NASENI and working closely with NASENI itself, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria and having the benefit of sitting on all the national techno-industrial associations/committees, core member of the National Technology Summit, being the Chairman of the Summit's Products and Exhibition and Publicity sub-committees including carrying out a research on mental founding in Nigeria from the First Century B.C. to 2000, I had never failed to tell the nation that whilst we are yet to come up with indigenous machinery for all our industrial and domestic needs, we already have indigenous foundries that can produce components and spares locally.
My findings in the course of that research was that even the colonialists whilst they imported some machines including ships to the country, they were in fact, producing components and spares for these imported machnes and ships in their foundries in Nigeria and I visited all of those sites at the Railway Compound, Ebute Meta amongst others - those early shipping companies such as Elder Dempster were manufacturing their spare parts in Nigeria - and I see no reason why we should remain foolish by helping other people's economies, keeping the wheels of their countries factories perpetually rotating with jobs for their teeming population and footing the holidays of their top executives, whilst churches in Nigeria have bought all the nation's industrial estates with our young people being on the street to riot at the slightest provocation or getting themselves involved in all sorts of crimes.
On churches buying up industrial estates, I did ask Chief Rufus Giwa, former Cadbury Chairman to know his opinion about this when he was alive, but was dissappointed when he said to me: "Mr Aduma, I don't want you to knock my head against God's."
It's therefore, high time Lai Mohammed got serious and stopped corrupting the Republic with his tissues of lies and started designing messages aimed at re-orientating the battered national psyche, encouraging the patronage of HOME MADE GOODS, whose campaign we began last year whilst Jonathan was still in power; messages condemning the GET RICH QUICK ATTITUDE of Nigerians; living above one's means, careless talks, etc, instead of daily corrupting our Republic in ways that the children of the coming generations will be worse off morally!
SCRAP INDEPENDENT BUREAU DE CHANGE AND MAKE BLACK MARKET ILLEGAL
One of the ways to respond to the the current mess in the CURRENCY MARKET is to scrap the independent Bureau de Change immediately, make the existence of black market illegal immediately and let ONLY the registered and approved banks handle all matters of foreign exchange immediately, whilst making selling and buying at Bureau de Change and Black market illegal, carrying a minimum of seven years in prison and a maximum of 14 years!
All the people causing WAHALA in that subsector of the economy are the officials of Central Bank, both current and former who have officially pegged exchange rate at N199 to a dollar, who of course, are the owners of the Bureau de Change outfits, with their illiterate kith and kin selling for them to hapless Nigerians at N400 at the black market. Most of the leading voices of Naira devaluation are in fact, the owners of these outfits - with some living in palaces up North.
Meanwhile, Buhari and Osinbajo has just this week to give Nigerians their BED!
