Hence, it is the conclusion of MIND LEPROSY which shall soon be serialised or published in full on Scorpion and Vigilance that Mr Muhammadu Buhari just can't do it as the book records he is ill-equiped politically, morally, intellectually, spiritually, strategically and vision-wise for the task he has assigned himself.

And once the baits have been swallowed up, the receivers of the so-called wish-list too do often present their plundering list which they always hide behind their backs when ever they ask desperate and stupid leaders from Third World Nations to come up with such shame as wish-lists!

Lest I forget, in order to defeat Boko Haram, let the President relocate the Presidency, the Apex Legislative Assembly - I mean your so-called National Assembly, all armed forces barracks, all soldiers, all police barracks including Louis Edet House, all churches and their prayer warriors, all mosques and their imams/mullahs, all States Houses and Governors' Houses, all Nigerians, etc, etc to Maiduguri.

Are we ever going to have someone with strategic intelligence thinking from that country regarding the menace of trans-national terrorism and extremism therein?

BUHARISM AND THE FIERCE URGENCY OF NOW VOLUME 0NE, PART 2

WHY BUHARI CANNOT FIGHT CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA

1. My number one reason to believe that Muhammadu Buhari cannot fight corruption is because Buhari cannot fight corruption.
2. There is no reason for me to ever believe that Buhari can fight corruption in Nigeria.
3. There is no reason for me to think that Buhari is not himself corrupt.
4. His saintly posturing is simply a deceptive myth.
5. His vision to fight corruption is not written down, so without a blueprint since he was chased out of office in 1985....

6. Buhari does not know the meaning of corruption.

16. He does not seem to know Nigeria does not yet have the type of constitution that will support any endeavour to fight corruption.

21. He considers his Southern compatriots more as Kafirs than as fellow compatriots, except when he needs their votes.

24. Buhari is not the Messiah for whom Nigerians are waiting - even when he has not been sworn in, he is already hobnobbing with the West to sell Nigeria. He and his APC do not have ideas of their own to govern Nigeria, hence they have already contracted the governance of Nigeria to Tony Blair and the West to help them govern Nigeria, thus disregarding the inherent toxic permanence of interest in such deification of the children of the former colonial masters borne out of APC's and its members' colonial mentality and incurable GRASSHOPPER COMPLEX. Buhari has been frequenting Overseas on medical treatment, but is the man of the Savanna not ashamed that for the years he was Head of State of Nigeria, he couldn't build any hospitals of international standard, so Western and leaders of other nations could attend just as he is frequenting London for treatment in the guise of "private visit to rest"?
25. He does not have a will of his own.
26. He has always relied on people to generate ideas for him, e.g the War Against Indisciplne which was not his idea; during his reign of terror, Brigadier Tunde Idiagbon was the one in charge and actually ruling, while Buhari stayed back and claimed all the glory, and when Idiagbon was away in Mecca, his Government was toppled because Ibrahim Babangida and his gang knew too well Tunde was the power behind the throne; the PTF era also confirmed this claim of mine; the Pastoral Resolve (PARE), now headed by Ahmed Joda, whose idea was conceived by my former boss and mentor Mr Romeo Barberopoulos based largely on my investigations up North lasting 3 months entitled: Advancing Desertification 'fires' raze ecology of northern community, published in The Guardian of Monday January 26, 1998 and Herdsmen's Farewell Symphony For Nigeria, published in The Guardian on Sunday of April 26, 1998, also proved that Buhari does not have any initiative of his own, hence he often covers up by resorting to the use of force which does expose his innate despotism and dictatorial tendency.

Buhari is an unrepentant agent of Arewaism and Arabism whose native parochialism and political insensitivity often blind him to the much needed balance in the polity; totally lacking national consciousness in all he thinks, does and say: Good examples: his current choice of Ahmed Joda, a Muslim to head his side of the Transition Committe - were he a patriot and a nationalist well abreast of the nation's multiculturalism, he would have chosen his Chairman from the South who must be a Christian since President Jonathan's Chairman is from the North and a Muslim - a re-enactment of his romance with Muslim-Muslim team dating back to his tyrannical years as a military Head of State - Muhammadu Buhari/Tunde Idiagbon; his consultants at PTF; his attempted Muslim-Muslim ticket in the choice of a running mate - But when will the likes of Ahmed Joda step aside and give the younger generation a chance...the late Rilwanu Lukman was like that to the frustration of a wife of his who once asked him: "Are you going to die in office?"
28. Buhari cannot think for himself and by himself.
29. Being fully aware Mr Buhari does not have a blueprint of any type whatsoever, I challenged him in my recent article to produce one and distribute to the good people of Nigeria whose first edition MUST be 1985, the year he was chased out of office by IBB and his gang, but instead of producing one to show he is a man who had been ready to rule Nigeria in a democratic setting one day, after the shame of being pursued out of office as he and his gang chased Shehu Shagari and Alex Ekwueme out of office, he is relying on Ahmed Joda and his team for the outcome of the transition exercise to produce one. Again, shame on you Mr President-elect, but this is what the Bible says about a vison: "...Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it," Habakkuk 2:2.

How can this man be serious, except that his understanding of seriousness is to put on serious look at all times as is typical of all men hiding something or suffering psychological inadequacy, just as a Sani Abacha would use a pair of dark goggles to hide his psychological inadequacy. Oh! I forgot, Tony Blair and the West are there to donate ideas to him so they can as usual, plunder our resources and then turn round and call us MONKEYS!

29. His sincerity and honest about fighting corruption are highly in doubt.
30. He is a staunch member of the cult of the Generals and he is, but a mere puppet and marionette in their hands. They have just ganged up against Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to put him there through the instrumentality of the Atahiru Jega-orchestrated ELECTIMIDATIONS. Not possible to bite the fingers that have fed one, you know.
31. He's riding back to power through electimidations and through partnering with the children of the former colonial masters, dining and winning with crooks whose crooked platform he has used to re-capture power for the HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO.
32. His greatest hobby is blood-shedding and seeing blood being shed in immeasurable proportions, hence he does not have respect for life or value it and hates order and orderedness.
33. The children of his fellow Generals, former Heads of State, emirs children, politicians - all the chronies around him in their teens and twenties are already commanding billions of naira, dollars and pounds, cruising around on campuses, especially those of them who deign to be attending the nation's educational institutions which their rogue parents have destroyed - will Buhari be able to in the name of fairness bend the arc of justice to his military constituency, then political constituency, social circle, cultural cirlce, regional circle and then the whole of Nigeria? But if Buhari has been so serious about fighting corruption, what efforts has he made in this regard since he was chased out of office in 1985 by way of establishing an NGO for the purpose, by way of writing articles condemning corruption as an anti-corruption and socio-political crusader in both the local and international media; he gives the whole world the impression that he is passionate about fighting corruption, that fighting corruption is his life, yet he is not on record to have been going round the world condemning, soliciting help and boldly telling Western nations whose capital cities are centres of global corruption as developing countries' rulers having plundered their home treasuries run to all Europe to hide their booties/loots in all of their financial institutions, buying obscene properties, embark on endless health and fitness tourism in the West and lately Dubai; buy expensive yatchs and put them on Western Seas; hired foreign security officers/body guards, both from the West and from Israel; embark on expensive holidays abroad, go on expensive religious tourism in the name of holy pilgrimages in the Middle East; their children in foreign institutions at kindergarten levels to tertiary; hiring foreign nannies as their carers; lodging in expensive hotels in all Europe and the East; visiting massaging/Spa centres across Europe and Dubai, treating themselves in Spas; buying table tennis, lawn tennis, gulf clubs, jets from the West all with the stolen money from their countries! It takes too to tango you know. Unarguably, Muhammadu Buhari is not known to have been crusading against all of these other than seizing every opportunity to mouth it to those who will waste their time listening to his tata-tata-tii fi about corruption like an indulgent and over excited suckling.

Besides, is Buhari on the Board of any international agency such as Tranparency International leading the fight against corruption worldwide? What is exactly the relationship of Buhari with all such bodies globally - none whatsoever that I can think of!

If he is really so concerned about fighting corruption in Nigeria/Africa, it is not on record to my knowledge that Buhari ever criss-crossed Africa crusading against this socio-politico-cultural and economic leprosy and teaming up with concerned fellow African leaders and scholars. What is more, in the Age of the Internet, Buhari should send me the official website of his NGO he has dedicated to figting corruption, detailing the successes, failures of and the challenges facing the said NGO in the fight against corruption, to start with in Nigeria.

All former world leaders in the West are known to be championing one cause or another - amongst such include Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair are known worldwide to be doing one thing or another to alleviate the sufferings, poverty, diseases, squalors, etc in the world. But what are Shehu Shagari, Olusegun Obasanjo, Ibrahim Babangida, Ernest Shonekan, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Atiku Abubakar doing? Yes, Yakubu Gowon has been championing Guinea Worm Programme in Nigeria, but what about the rest of them including all your 'political' traditional rulers?

Did any APC including those who defected from the PDP contribute anything to Buhari's campaign fund, if yes, from where did they get the money so contributed when virtually all the Governors in the country have not been paying salaries to civil servants as and when due? If they did contribute to Buhari's campaign fund, how then will Buhari fight corruption in Nigeria by not starting first from himself and his cohorts in the APC including the electoral malpractices that has seen him riding back to power; what will Buhari do to Atahiru Jega the organizer of the ELECTIMIDATIONS; is he together with Ebele Jonathan planning to set up a national inquiry to look into all the causes of the violence; why a sitting President was prevented from campaigning in some States due to the activities of some paid or otherwise violent mobs, whilst he and his party had easy ride round the country to campaign, and not wanting to repeat myself here; all vices that were perpetrated whilst the electimidation exercises lasted?

34. Buhari is Mr Pretender.
35. He's a bad loser, hence the suffix Bad Loser after his name Muhammadu Buhari, BL.

Those who funded and provided the platform for him to climb back to power will not let him because thieves don't probe thieves; rogues don't try rogues; robbers don't expose robbers; worms don't eat worms; dogs don't eat dogs; vultures don't eat vultures, but certainly they all feed on carcasses!
37. It is only in a country like Nigeria that political officials - the peoples' employees sit down and embark on legalised looting, fraud and plundering of the nation's scarce resources by way of fixing their obscene salaries, allowances, estacodes, buying exotic -cum very expensive cars unchallenged by their employers, the electorate. But how does Buhari intend to stop this senseless madness. For years, I have been canvassing the establishment of an independent authority to keep an eye on all political officials, by fixing and slashing their salaries and doing away with any undeserved perks of office which they have used the law to deep their dirty hands into the national treasury. This should include appropriate disciplnary measure for any erring political officials - initiate recall processes, etc. The name I'm putting forward will be: INDEPENDENT LEGISLATIVE AND EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY (ILEA), OR INDEPENDENT LEGISLATIVE AND EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF NIGERIA (ILEAN).
38. CONSTITUTIONAL/SYSTEMIC/SYSTEMATIC/LEGALISED LOOTING

Muhammadu Buhari lacks the internal conscientious mechanism/compassionate spirit to initiate any bill that will tear down all these walls of corruption. If he has, he couldn't have merrily been putting up with the plight of the talakawas in his own part of the country for the last 72 years, closing his eyes each time he drives past the children of the poor - the almajiris that abound in the North - what did he do to dismantle this religio-cultural menace as Head of State and what has he done for them or said on their behalf at all levels of the nation's national life.

39. BUHARI DOES NOT CARE and if he does, let him show me the NGO he has personally set up to cater for the welfare, health and education of THESE LEAST ONES OF THE FEDERATION (TLOF).
40. The so-called Office of the First Lady is an aberration in our body politics and contravenes the spirit of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, hence it is a grandiose corruption, yet it has continued to be promoted and encouraged by successive Presidents. In his much vaunted and chest-beating war on corruption, will Buhari step forward and make a difference by scrapping it and tell his wife to her face: YOU ARE JUST A HOUSE WIFE LIKE ANY NIGERIAN MARRIED WOMAN - but will he? I doubt very much! If Buhari does away with this rubbish - OFL - Governors, Local Government Chairpersons and Pastors too will follow suit and the nation should be able to save much to clear up the backlog of its workers' salaries who have been economically and socially emasculated by their idiotic excellencies!
41. He cannot de-lincence all individuals owning oil blocks including arresting, prosecuting and going ahead to stop all illegal bunkerers and make ownership ONLY for corporate firms that have been in the oil business for between 30-35 years and above.
42. It is corruption of the highest order to enlist a secular nation like Nigeria in the Organization of Islamic Conference without consultation with the rest of the country. So will Buhari and Oluleke Osinbanjo get Nigeria out of the OIC and the Developing-8 - two exclusively Muslims organisations which Ibrahim Babangida and Sani Abacha had at different times got Nigeria into?
43. Buhari's war on corruption will merely be cosmetic and selective and he will sure apply esprit de corps, leaving out the Generals, former Presidents/Heads of State, his cronies, political associates, his kinsmen and women and region out as he did as a military Head of State.
44. Paedophillia is corruption - Buhari won't even consider it as one.
45. Most States in Nigeria are simply not viable and they are just conduit pipes for stupendous corruption, Buhari cannot initiate a bill to collapse some of them into just one, wherever such States are identified in the country. The same also goes for Local Government Councils.
46. Neither does Buhari nor Nigerians have what I call THE NATIONAL ABSOLUTE DEFINITION OF CORRUPTION OR THE NATIONAL ABSOLUTE MEANING OF CORRUPTION as in Nigeria, what is called corruption is merely NATIONAL CAKE, and being corrupt is having access to one's share of the National Cake.
47. How will Buhari probe the crooks who funded his campaign, when virtually all Governors, both the PDP's and APC's are owing civil servants their monthly salaries running up to between 3 months - over a year now, including the arch Taliban Aregbeqaeda?
48. Will Buhari have the moral courage to probe Olusegun Obasanjo and Atiku Abubakar over the way and manner the privatization of public utilities were carried out and who bought what and why and why did a particular person in his Party cornered almost everything to himself, cronies and persons from a particular zone of the country? I doubt very much.
49. Who are the owners of the cattle that the Bororos do carry round the country for grazing, which often results in frictions between them and farmers, local folks in and around the country culminating in untold killings, despite the existence of The Pastoral Resolve (PARE), which my investigations up North were largely instrumental to its formation? Will Buhari man up, name, shame, prosecute and jail the owners of these cattle? But what does Buhari know about this PASTORAL JIHADISM in which mercenaries from Niger, Chad and even members of the Janjaweed gang and jihadis from failed African States like Somalia and Libya are being recruited and asked to disguise as herdsmen to maim, destroy and kill non Muslims throughout Nigeria?
50. Buhari does not seem to know Nigerians are being billed by electricity companies for enjoying all-year round blackouts - if he did, why did he not make this an election issue?
51. Buhari does know about abandoned projects all over the country, but did not make it an election issue, because he tends to think of corruption from monetary viewpoint.
52. Buhari cuts a picture of a General who does not seem to know the strength and number of his enemies - because he does not have any blueprint for fighting corruption other than mouthing it at any opportune time, hence he probably does not know that whereas by the nature of civil service the world over, civil servants are a species who are neither poor nor rich, but comfortable. But in Nigeria, and indeed Africa, civil servants are obscenely rich - they are the nation's OFFICIAL PEN ROBBERS or OFFICIAL CANNIBALS who have cannibalised the present and the coming generations of Nigeria and imperilled their future.
53. To get to the history/root causes of bombing activities in Nigeria, we need to get back to ask the questions: Who killed Dele Giwa, Bola Ige, Funso Williams, the Ejigbo Air Force Plane Crash, when, how, where, which, why and under whose regimes? In as much as these are pertinent questions in a sane environment, Buhari cannot ask these questions because these bestiality happened when those who were campaigning for him, dancing naked, wining and dining with him held sway!
54. Buhari won't be able to probe all the owners of private jets in Nigeria - who are they and how did they get the money to buy all these expensive toys in a country where over 110 million people live on less than a $1xx per day and also, why are these jet owners not paying their dues? And whilst the political officials including Governors, the President and the Vice Presidents fly around with jets bought from public money, they have not been paying salaries to civil servants as and when due! By the way, have all those former Governor-rogues and looters left behind the jets they had bought with their States' money?

Some voodoo pastors having hoodwinked the poor into parting away with the little they had and used it to build universities, where they now charge obscene fees, cutting off the very poor who made these universities a reality, Buhari is silent on this. As an anti-corruption crusader, just where was Buhari when these voodooisms were going on?
56. The political officials, especially Governors and others who funded Buhari's ambition are known to be awarding state contracts to themselves, wives, cronies, relations, yet Buhari is romancing them, so he cannot probe them.
57. Buhari committed an unpadonable and an unparalleled economic sabotage when he claimed he borrowed N27 million to gamble - and now that the gamble has paid off, how is he going to repay the money? Buhari MUST face the nation and respond to these questions:

Since shooting his way into the centre of Nigerian political space and international limelight in 1983 through the higly dubious and ignominious coup which truncated democracy in Nigeria, Mu'ammadu Buhari has never been true to himself, Nigerians and the world in all things about himself, the current state of his health, his family, his material/financial worth, his stewardships at various national/public spaces he has ever occupied, his world view, philosophy, dreams, visions, aspirations, etc.

Buhari this time round in that exalted office needs to listen to William Shakespeare's advice: TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE, but methinks it is too late. I see him as a man who will infect national and global spaces with BA TU RON CI SYNDROME for his gross ineptitude, unparalleled non-performance and accute despotism, screaming out such worn out excuses: "WE DID NOT MEET ANY MONEY IN THE TREASURY AS THE PREVIOUS GOVERNMENT HAD LOOTED EVERYTHING just to ahead of time, excuse his woeful non-performance at the end of his tenure!

1. Buhari cannot stop the unbridled ostentatious lifestyles of State Governors, Legislators, Local Government Chairpersons, other political officials and their wives including their cronies.
2. He does not have the needed urbane authority, native wisdom, intellectual capacity and administrative acumen/sagacity to stop the very high cost of running government at all levels within the Nigerian Federation beginning from his Aso Rock political space.
3. Buhari won't prune down the usually obscene River-Niger-bridge-length-presidential escorts, Governors', their wives', Local government Chairpersons' and those of the other political officials, etc. Then follow it up with an Act of Parliament/National Assembly to licence private security to take over the job of guarding in both the public and private spheres including ex-heads of state, political officials, corporate organisations, private individuals, cash in transit, etc instead of utilising the services of the police and the soldiers who ordinarily should be fighting crimes and defending the nation from internal and external aggressions - in line with this thinking, legionaires could also be reviewed and upgraded under the said Act, so they replace soldiers and police who of necessity and statutorily should be on active service performing their constitutional duties to the State instead of these rotten individuals.

BUHARI'S TRAFFIC NONSENSE AND THE AGE OF INTELLECTUAL ARIDITY IN NIGERIA

All Buhari needs in his list of escort are two security cars and two expert riders - no more, no less! Nigerians must stop debating the traffic nonsense which this writer and others have been writing about for decades. And as a matter of fact, the idea of not driving against traffic was taken from my blueprint published on Vigilance and posted to APC, PDP, the Armed Forces, the Police, MoD, the Nigerian Government's official website, Olusegun Obasanjo, Ibrahim Babangida, Atiku Abubakar and all the important offices in Nigeria.

The traffic issue came under my: THE FUNDAMENTALS AND THE URGENT NEED TO ADDRESS THEM, BUT DOES BAD LOSER MUHAMMADU BUHARI HAVE THE WILL TO DO SO? Subtitled: THE PEDESTRIAN FUNDAMENTALS & RESTRUCTURING -  NUMBER 82 of the 124-point blueprint published on April 28, 2015, whilst Muhammadu Buhari echoed it and some Nigerian papers published it on 6th, 11th, 12th May, 2015 thereon with fomer Minister of External Affairs Professor Bolaji Akinyemi reacting to it on May 10/11, 2015 and The Guardian's editorial on the subject matter having such a very bland title as: On Buhari and Obedience to Traffic published on May 21, 2015.

Nigerians like stealing people's ideas without acknowledging sources or giving due credit to source/author - this is intellectual fraud and plagiarism. Since then, other Nigerians Itsay Sagay, Sebastine Hon, General Ahmed Ishaku Dikko had all wasted precious time and energy to comment on this non-issue. Doesn't the fact that a non-issue such as obedience to traffic rules and regulations has taken so much space, time energy and resources show how grossly indisciplined Nigerians are?

As a matter of fact, a scholar of Akinyemi's standing shouldn't be wasting time on such  trivia, unless he is using it to position himself and attracting the attention of the President-elect (now President). I expect Akinyemi, an international affairs scholar of the first rating to be looking at the country's gradual foreign policy shift from the West in the 60s to the Middle East and Asia and what/how much this crass stupidity has caused the nation ever since - wasn't Jonathan punished by the West for that unreasonableness in their refusal to sell arms to him to fight Boko Haram under the guise of arms embargo on Nigeria - isn't this where a former Minister of Foreign Affairs like Akinyemi ought to have since  intervened on behalf of his country? Shouldn't this then be the focus of Akinyemi now and in the next dispensation - the second coming of Buhari by submitting a blueprint on this to the incoming Government, rather than having time for such puerility as begging Buhari, a 72-year old man to re-consider what merely was meant as a political staunt to win a 15-minute accolade and cheap political points?

What Bolaji Akinyemi and other Nigerians must bear in mind as I had written about time and again is that Nigeria under the so-called Africa-China Alliance can't be romancing with China with both of them kissing each other in that new found love which has seen major contracts under the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan go to the Chinese and expect the West which his Government has snubbed to come to the aid of their country in her hour of need such as the threats of terrorism and extremism; also Nigeria cannot be romancing with the Midlle East - the Gulf States particularly, and as a secular State joined the Dark Clubs of the OIC and D-8 and expect peace in the land. It's simply as the saying goes: "Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are."

1. He won't stop the often endless and meaningless solidarity visits often led by hero-worshippers such as the equally corrupt traditional rulers, ethnic jingoists, professional associations, vested interest groups, individuals including foreign diplomats in which he is already relishing/savouring coming to sing: HE'S A JOLLY GOOD FELLOW...YOU ARE THE MESSIAH FOR WHOM WE HAVE BEEN WAITING as they had done to all occupants of that office since the First Republic throughout the military-locusts days.
2. Buhari won't be able to prevail on their Execellencies, both the new and old set of executive almajiris, executive thieves, the thieve executives always on dole/benefits as citizens on benefit in welfarist states having their office annex in Aso Rock to rankadede a sitting President instead of remaing in their States to govern their people, hence whenever you go to Aso Rock in Abuja it's like Dugbe market.
3. Save in case of emergencies, Buhari cannot ban private visits to Aso Rock, the Dome of Shame which doubles as the HOUSE OF VULTURES & WORMS, other public and corporate offices as such visists do often get in the way of governmental and business activities, thus affecting national productivity.
4. Buhari will not have the guts to get rid of giving public servants, elected and political officials, official cars, doing away with the culture of office assistants in public and private offices, in addition to doing away with secretaries in these days of computer and the internet, except in very, very few circumstances.

WHO EXACTLY IS MUHAMMADU BUHARI?

There's something, I dare say that Mr Muhammadu Buhari is trying to hide from himself and the world and despite this secretiveness he delights to be in the public arena relishing in the myth of incorruptibility which dates back to his viperous years as a military head of State forced upon Africa's most populous nation by a very despicable and thoroughly disgusting band of coup plotters whose penchant for disrespecting contituted authority is unparalleled in modern history.

In a sane society, after the return to civilian rule in 1999, all those who had participated in coups since the 1960s ought have been rounded up, invited to a tribunal of inquiry where they could haven been made to face a rigorous interrogation and thereafter, be marched into jail, where they should spend the whole of their lives for their gross irresponsibility and disrespect for contitututed authorities when they all embarked on their misadventures of truncating democracy at various times, whilst they lied to the Nigerian people that their missions were to stamp out corruption, nepotism, ethnicity, regionalism and religious bigotry, which they all ended up promoting, encouraging and using military to rob the commonwealth of its limited resources.

But isn't it a truism that the wealthiest people in the Nigerian State today are these armed robbers from the barracks, and those still in the barracks together with their children, wives, relations and their cronies? Lamentably, rather than hurling all of them into prison, we have left them to be prowling around the nation's socio-politico-econo-industrial, cultural and moral spaces dictating to us with their now well known arrogance how to live our lives.

Unfortunately, Nigerians and indeed, Africans don't learn from history - lest I forget, these band of barracks robbers and their Western collaborators played monkey tricks on Nigerians and removed the teaching of history from the nation's educational curriculum including the teaching of moral instructions, so no generations remember their plunderings and locust-like activities, whilst they trudge our socio-poltical space, without their consciences judging them in any least way because such consciences have become leprous.

You do not need to climb to the roof top to know who are in control of everything in Nigeria right now. And making them look indispensable, members of the GANG OF THE BARRACKS ARMED ROBBERS 'bolted' the prison wall to bring out one of their own Olu Obasanjo deceiving the Nigerian State, he would be a Joseph, but the sight of a prisoner in uniform ascending the throne of his local masters, the agents of the colonialists - Lord Frederick Lugard's cousins sent Nigerians into a deep hilarity - so funny was it that Nigerians being amused at his second coming in prison uniform thought that solitary confinement had taught him the greatest  lessons of his life, forgeting that old soldier never dies and by the time they could blink their eyelids during the first lap of his locust reign, the treasury was half empty - the same gang thrust Olu to the fore for another season lasting four more years, and for the eight seasons he  held sway, and wanting to enter the kictchen for the third time, only then did Nigerians summon the courage to tell Olu Obasanjo ee do...e do...e done do...na you one go finish the national cake - ever cunning as always, Olu gave a sick man to Nigerians and a once shoeless man to do boy-boy for the sick man, himself and the Arabists the self-appointed ruling house of the Nigerian State, thinking this one na mumu country man who will continue to play "Yours Faithfully" and "Yours Obedient Servant", but the once shoeless man, having learnt and mastered the thievery art, did maximum damage to the national treasury by scraping every piece of cake to the point of buying himself 11-14 Presidentail jets and being enraged, the KING MAKERS OF NIGERIA (KMN), pulled themselves together from the shock left them by the once shoeless boy and confederated against him...the aftermath of that gang up is now history - as the boy-turned elephant came crashing after the KMNs in anger knocked off all the rungs of the ladder they had in the first place willingly, excitedly and enthusiastically given to him, calculating he would do them "Sir-Ma"!

Again, the KMNs have just deluded Nigerian with their change mantra backed by vicious propaganda using the worst form of Machiavellianism culminating in the recent electimidations which had again seen one of their own back onto the driver's seat, even though it is now very well known throughout THE GREAT NIBE FEDERATION that he does not have the required driving licence, so cannot drive and is not fit to drive kobo! Good a thing, after he had been handed the keys to the nation's 1960 BEDFORD MODEL which has been on the road for nearly 55 years now, he has since been warning Nigerians and telling them in plain-ordinary English: "I CANNOT DRIVE! I CANNOT DRIVE! I CANNOT DRIVE, BECAUSE I'M NOT A MAGICIAN!" But why have Nigerians given the key of their NATIONAL MOLUE to a man who cannot drive and he is already confessing so?

Muhammadu Buhari is returning to power without any blueprint to show and distribute to Nigerians as a testimony to his preparedness and covenant with the Nigerian people, and his Party (Association of Political Confusionists) manifesto looks the work of BEER PALOUR ECONOMISTS & AREA BOYS POLITICAL OFFICIALS, ludicrously they have asked the Opposition or their representatives on the Muslim-Muslim National Transition Committee to "suggest quick fixes" including giving them tips as OBJ has done, hoping they will use the findings in the handover note to draw up their own blueprint - how can this bunch be serious, somebody?

Buhari their driver has nothing itemised even on a piece of paper to call his personal blueprint since 1985 when he was booted out of office other than his mantra of soaking corruption in blood, he should be told corruption is not a dog or baboon! Having no blueprint or action plan or plan of action of any kind, he has been shopping round for ideas acoss the Atlantic, where like an urchin who has constituted a great deal of nuisance, he was abandoned at the front door of Number 10 Downing Street on May 23rd, 2015, where he went begging for ideas with which he hopes to rule Nigeria.

Driver Buhari is neither a visionary nor a dreamer nor a nationalist, except being an Arabists who delights in promoting and encouraging Arabism in the nation's body politics.

This legendary partial judge does not have a picture of the Nigeria of his dream, excepting that of NIGERIAGHANISTAN, hence he remains one of the patrons of the Board of Trustees of the regional association Arewa Consultative Forum whose members are well known promoters of Arabism in Nigeria. His picture which still sticks to the website of ACF despite our many years of asking him and other former Heads of State to get out of the regional club as their members of the ethnic/regional association diminishes their statuses in society. This confirms the fact that they together with Buhari are regionalists and ethnicists, but does Buhari in particular want to eat his cake and have it? Thus, before May 29th, 2015, Buhari needs to come out clean to tell Nigerians, whether he is the President of Arewa Consultative Forum or that of Nigeria, and he has to choose between being an Arewa Consultative Forum's President or Nigeria's.

It is to be recorded here for posterity that whatever Buhari thinks of Nigeria is as sold to him by the Caliphate, the Arab world and the West. However, Buhari has a vision of NIGERIAGHANISTAN!

His actions and inactions past and present have not shown he has the interest of Nigeria at heart. Buhari has no idea of his own, except as suggested to him by his obsequious staff and the type of people he likes to surround himself with, despite giving the world the unmistakable impression that he is a purist who is incorruptible. This explains why Tunde Idiagbon and not him was in charge, hence when he travelled to Mecca, Buhari was toppled;  this explains why at PTF too, Buhari was not in charge; and what is more, who is right now in charge? Emperor Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, of course!

In his characteristic manner, it was not Buhari who was driving his very lacklustre campaign full of vicious propaganda and crude threats - a sort of BOLEKAJA CAMPAIGN, culminating in the generally dubious ELECTIMIDATIONS which will soon see him being sworn in as President of the ACF or Nigeria's (Now sworn-in).

His Vice President who more than anything looks in every way his private secretary was imposed on him by BAT, hence there is no body chemistry between him and Oluleke Osinbajo.

If Buhari is coming back to power to rule Nigeria, then he MUST remove his picture this week from the Arewa Consultative Forum's website. It is only in Nigeria that former Predidents/Heads of Heads of State and Federal officers do retreat to ethnic enclaves after serving in various national capacities and then begin to holler ethnic cleansing to heat up the polity like irresponsible urchins, instead of remaining neutral as statesmen and fathers of the nation to guide the entire country, they become highly partisan as all those former Presidents/Heads of State who now have reduced themselves to Arewaites/Gamjists/Caliphateists and Arabists have been doing since leaving their various offices at federal level.
