_{In the profile of the most vulnerable places, villages, towns, cities and zones I constructed many years back, Sokoto is on the list of the red zones, flash point, vulnerability, which ought ordinarily to have a very strong security presence, in and around the city, campuses, colleges, motor parks, churches, mosques – and more than anywhere else in that Sokoto, security ought to have been beefed up around Bishop Matthew Kukah, his official residence, his immediate Bishopric and other parishes in all Sokkwato.}

_{And regarding the security of Bishop Kukah as he moves in and around Nigeria, the nation, particularly the security agencies cannot afford to be careless – and Kukah himself cannot afford to be overconfident regarding his personal safety as he sure is inside the Lions’ den.}

Arithmetic of Politics: Power Struggle and Presidexpression in Nigeria, 1999 Till the Present….

Macro and Micropolitics in Nigeria

In this discourse on Arithmetic of Politics, zoning, rotation, power sharing, power balance or balance of power, federal character and quota system will be used interchangeably – one for the other and the other for one.

In this regard, the reader and fellow Nigerians, particularly must be made aware that in the ADUMAEAN ARITHMETIC OF POLITICS, especially with respect to the multi-cultural, multilingual, and perhaps, multi-racial Nigerian polity, the above referenced terms operate at two levels – primary and secondary: and under primary, it shifts between the two halves of the nation at the level of sub-nationality or the sub-national level, here to be known and referred to as GEOPOLITICAL BLOC or GEOPOLIENTITY (Macro); and within the context under referenced – NORTHERN or SOUTHERN GEO-POLI BLOC/GEOPOLIBLOC, whilst at the sub-sub (Micro) level or the sub-sub-national level or the sub-sub nationality (polity), that is, at  POLIGEOZONAL or GEOPOLIZONAL level, it is reflected as South South, South East, South West, North East, North West and Nokbekwara or simply North Central.

Therefore, it is expected that sharing of power or anything that honours and respects justice and contributes to the NATIONAL PEACE BANK (NPB), Nigerian citizens domiciled or resident in either MAJOR GEOPOLITICAL BLOCS of the North and South (Macro) should decide amongst themselves whose turn it is within the sub-sub nationality or sub-sub-national level (Micro) or GEOPOLIZONES/POLIGEOZONES of SS, SE, SW or NC (Nokbekwara), NE and NW.

For example, after the NW Geopolizone had been represented by Umaru Musa Yar’Adua between 2007 – 2010, and with power returning to the North Geopolientity in 2015 after Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, representing the South sub-national polity or the Southern Geopoli Bloc between 2010-2015, the Northern Geopolibloc in consultation with the Nokbekwarans and the North Eastern Geopolizones or sub-sub national polity ought not to have made the stupid and unforgivable error of judgement to have massively supported Muhammadu Buhari from the North Western Poligeozone, the same Geopolizone with the late Yar’Adua, but Atiku Abubakar, representing the North Eastern Poligeozone or any person from the Nokbekwara Poligeozone which have just woken up from their deep slumber to moult off the top layer ‘skin’ of the so-called ONE NORTH, are now clamouring to have the next Nigerian President from their Geopolizone, when in fact, it is indisputably now the turn of the Southern half of the polity to present the next candidate for that exalted office, and the undisputed Geopolizone to lead the nation as from 2023 is a Nigerian of South Eastern Ndigbo extraction.

It is then expected that in readiness for the Nigerian Presidential Election 2023, that maturity by the South Geopolibloc or Geopolitical entity (GEOPOLITY) or sub-national polity or South Geopolitical entity in 2007 in fielding Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and not another Nigerian from the South West-sub-sub national polity should again be exhibited by other Presidential candidates in the South stepping down for only persons of SEtern Ndigbo extraction to vie for the office of President.

The reader should bear in mind that under the Adumaean Arithmetic of Politics (AAP), the whole, in its characteristic indissolubility or to use the Anaximanderian principle of “indivisible plenum” will be regarded or termed as SUPER MACRO, thus, referring to all Nigeria or the whole of Nigeria.

UNDERSTANDING AND PLAYING THE GAME OF POLITICS LIKE THE NORTH

The South Geopoli bloc just like the North must therefore, understand the game of the Arithmetic of Politics, the psychology of the North, the sociology of the North, the politics of the North, the religion of the North, the anthropology of the North, the culture of the North, the team spirit of the North, the group solidarity of the North and play the politics accordingly – matching the North, strategy for strategy, thinking for thinking, strategic thinking for strategic thinking, and if need be, fire for fire, calling off the bluff of the North and standing up to the North by whatever means, not cowering nor becoming as usual sheepish, playing the role of an abeed by being subservient or obsequious nor play the second fiddle, but standing up to the North, eye ball to eye ball as not only the North has the monopoly of violence nor cultivate the perpetual greed of BORN TO RULE MENTALITY, nor they only can lay claim to the gift of strategic thinking, and in cases of extremity, God forbid, nor only they have the monopoly of being able to unleash barbarous, untrained, uncouth and violent youth on the Nigerian people in the name of killer Fulani shepherds, rapists, unknown uniformed men and women, unidentified gun men and women, or simply unknown soldiers, bandits (a.k.a. GUMI’S FOREST BOYS), jihadists/extremists/terrorists, etc, etc.

Therefore, as the earth rotates on its axis 24/7, Nigeria too must learn to rotate on her axis 24/7 and NOT, repeat, and NOT on the axis of the North or that of any Geopolizone or Geo bloc or geopolientity, lest it falls off her axis and be cast into a bottomless pit or pushed to the point of no return. But where were the NC and NE when the NW defrauded them in 2015 to continue their rulership of the country till date?

ZONING WITH TIME LIMIT (ZTL) OR ZONING WITH NO TIME LIMIT (ZNTL)?

Poligeozonally speaking, each sub-sub-national polity is entitled to a two term of 8 years , and due to the fact that Umaru Musa Yar’Adua died and did not complete his two terms in office, Muhammadu Buhari was brought in in from the same Geopolizone of NW to complete his term after GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN/S/SS, and between 2015 – 2023 when MB would hand over power, this writer ‘d like to think to a Nigerian of SE Ndigbo extraction, he would have as a representative of the NW, and by extension, the NORTH GEOPOLI BLOC served in that hallowed ground of service in excess of three years – amounting to 11 years all together! Were the nation and the North, very alert and calculating enough, Nigeria ought to have had a rendezvous with Mallam Muhammadu Buhari for just five years to make up (complete) for the 5-year deficit of Mallam Umaru Musa Yar’Adua/North West’s uncompleted tenure, and step aside afterward for a rep of either the North East or North Central both of whom are now hollering, but who have seem to have been in their deep slumber since 2015!

It is thus, to reason that the next geopolizone to be electorally invited to serve the Nigerian state at the centre either from the NC or the NE will do just a total of five years, after the completion of the turn of the SE Ndigbo, whilst SS will be left with just three years to complete their two terms of 8 years, serving our Nigeria.

But who has the patience and the time for this national mess, rigmarole, circular movement and turn by turn Inc., especially at the centre?

My candid answer is an emphatic NO!

So, after the SE have completed their two-term of 8 years, the nation’s Presidential field must be thrown open to all Nigerians with ambition to rule their country to vie under any political party of their choice to be voted for, and if they won, proceed to the UNITY HOUSE to govern Nigeria.

THE TROUBLE WITH NAUGHTY NORTH, THEIR OWNERSHIP AND BORN TO RULE MENTALITY…. NORTH’S FISHING EXPEDITION TO THE SOUTH -

Mission to the Creek and the Interplay Between Micro & Macro Politics in the Ongoing Power Game Between the North and South of Nigeria:

It is no longer a secret that desperate North has cast their net and tentacles nationwide in their greedy and gluttonous desire to return to power within a minimum of three years and a maximum of four years after Muhammadu Buhari’s tenure in 2023, hence they are all over the mangrove swamp forests of the Niger Delta casting their evil nets, hoping to catch a greedy ‘fish’ therefrom, the one they can bend to their heart’s desire, avoiding the Eastern Palm Plantation and the Atlantic Ocean or the COCOA LAND (kiv) like plagues.

In the Mangrove Niger Delta, they hope to dry up the fish in three or four years during which time they would return to re-strategize in order to re-capture power in 2027 after balancing up the Niger Delta’s three years, but with 1 year jara (bonus), making it four years, by bringing in a donkey to the UNITY HOUSE who will be there for another 8 years, during which time, they, North would have ruled Nigeria for 19 years by the year 2035 since the return to democracy by the Nigerian state in 1999, whilst all South would have done just 16 years!

On their political journey, they are coming up with all excuses because taking the Southern Route, SE Ndigbo, if they ever would have a chance in 2023 would like the SW poligeozone spend a two-term of 8 years, and this would be a POLITICAL ARIDITY or POLITCAL DESERTIFICATION for the desperate and impatient North.

The SWtern Route looks somehow like a no-go area for them, and at best to be kept in view, if all else fails, at least for now, not only because it is too long for them to wait for another 8 years to grab power, but due to the fact that under the current ZONING OF NECESSITY or ROTATION OF NECESSITY or POWER SHIPFT OF NECESSITY, the South West Geopolizone are not in tenure deficit as having a political balance of three years like the SS whom they had guesstimated would do just 3 years to make up for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan/SS’s shortfall of three years after which a person from the Niger Delta, which comes closer to Ndigbo would be asked to vacate the seat or they allow them the one year jara, during which time the North would tell the SS thus: e do, come down from TRUCK NIGERIAYANA and go home, go chop starch and fish in the oily and highly polluted Niger creek waters, adding: “when you return home, no go dey hala like a hungry dog nor mobilize those avenging and perpetually restive militants-o.”

As for the SW, they can be easily handled by way of arresting all their Presidential candidates now revelling in excited infantilism, with each claiming they alone can sit on the right-hand side of MB as there is no one amongst them that can cast the first stone regarding having a cupboard without a skeleton therein…EFCC receiving? ICPC, are you receiving? Over….

THE RETREAT NORTHWARD:

The reader must be made aware here again that what Maradonic North usually do in their desperation for power retention perpetually in the North Geo Bloc is to put all options close to their chest – firstly, they may begin with ONE NORTH, and if their gluttony, greed and selfishness is exposed, they retreat to the South to scout for a “willing tool”, and if they are not able to find one immediately, they haste back Northward to play up the Geopolizonal card – and under the context of rotation since 1999, within the Geo Bloc, the Nokbekwarans of the North Central, and the North East have not presented, so they are likely to go via the APC route first to scout for a possible candidate in either of the two Poligeozones, and if they can’t immediately get one, they will resort to the PDP route, whereupon they will back surreptitiously if they sense power will elude them by tarrying a while looking forward to getting it through the APC route, thus concluding what matters at the end of the day is the interest of the ONE NORTH, whether power is gotten through the APC or the PDP route, it doesn’t matter, after all, NORTH IS NORTH!

But one thing they appear to have forgotten right now is that North West have fielded Yar’Adua and MB at different times under ONE NORTH, hence no one in all of the Northern Geo Bloc until now cries out: fah-fah foul!

Again, not wanting to put the whole of their eggs from the SAVANNA FARMS LTD in one basket, the other alternative possibility for the North will be to surreptitiously back the PDP so power can return to the North at all costs after having been unable to get a bride from the SS that can match the PDP candidate vote for vote!

Also, foxy and desperate North can yet get the most malleable, gullible and a green horn (under the context – anyone not well versed in the ABC of the Nigerian politics, it does not matter if such a person has been a VP for donkey years!) from the SW and negotiate with him for a one term of 4 years, and after just one term will be told: OTOGA (OTOGE), Mallam…go home go chop amala. A ma pa ri wo (ko ma pa ri wo), kaji?”

But where are the Christians in Northern Nigeria and other ethnic nationalities that as usual virtually all the Presidential candidates from the North are Muslims and are either Fulani or Hausa – and if not all Fulani, Muslims with Fulani/Hausa blood?

IN THE ONGOING PRESIDENTIAL RACE IN NIGERIA, WHERE ARE THE CHRISTIANS IN THE NORTH, ALSO, WHERE ARE THE WOMEN?

THE HEAT IS ON AND THE SEARCH FOR A WILLING TOOL GOES ON…OTHER POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES BY THE NORTH TO RETAIN POWER AT ALL COSTS IN 2023

1. VIOLENCE: NORTH’S LAST WORST OPTION – Initiating and deliberately triggering events that could lead to violence of immense magnitude nationwide.
2. ALIEN AND LOCAL INVADERS – invading and overwhelming the South with local Islamists/extremists /terrorists/aliens/foreign elements to provoke crisis of unimaginable magnitude, and thereafter, turn round to blame the usual suspects – ethnic militias, insurrectionists, private armies/police, vigilantes, hired killers, doing the biddings of political officials/elements, thugs/motor park touts, Regional Security Operatives (RSO), including “some disgruntled/failed/desperate politicians” and paid traditional rulers on the pay roll of some politicians, etc.
3. TENURE ELONGATION – It would be suggested to MB to elongate his tenure to beat Olu’s years as a Military Head of State and a civilian President through any of the above events and elements to complete the so-called Umaru Musa Yar’Adua’s remainder three years, which in fact, he Muhammadu Rehoboam Okechukwu Buhari would have done in excess of three years by the time he leaves office in 2023, making the North West Poligeozone to have served 11 years, SW, 8 years and SS, 5 years! SE? NC? NE?
4. ING – Possibility of an ING. Readers are advised to read my six hypotheses the North might like to embark upon in order to retain power at all costs in 2023.

COUP – Nigerians must never ever think the ghosts of coups and countercoups have departed the body politics to the land of the dead as coup or the absence of it in a highly inflammable, supra-sensitive, super-combustible and supra-eruptive transitional and pluralistic polity such as Nigeria’s depends more than anything else, on good governance or a bad one, the state of the economy and the polity at any given point in time.

More so, when we are confronted and living with desperate elements in our midst whose only interest is their bellies, and whose sole allegiance is to the East and the Muslim majority nations – OIC, D-8 and to Sharia and its associated ideologies and dogmas, and not to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or the Nigerian state.

Therefore, brothers, sisters, watch and pray for the coming days, months and year/s won’t be funny as many bestial and monstrous practices and events will be carried out by the nation’s foes, within and without, but be blamed on the usual suspects – ethnic armies/police/militias/vigilantes, including ethnic security networks in and around Nigeria.

Under the current wave of global territorial expansion – NATO EMPIRE/TERRITORY, AMERICAN EMPIRE, CHINESE EMPIRE, ARABIAN EMPIRE, THE BRITISH EMPIRE, to mention just a few - in Nigeria, THE FULANI EMPIRE cum THE FULANI/PEUL/FULBE RENAISSANCE are a very high possibility – and the next willing tool (GEO BLOC + POLIGEOZONE, notwithstanding) in the UNITY HOUSE at the UNITY VILLAGE in the UNITY CITY, if from the South, will be a mere puppet and marionette in the hands of the ‘OWNERS’ of Nigeria. But what is wrong with Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, does Mama Osakwe know?
10. Naughty North will also engage the services of agent provocateurs to provoke the South, especially SE Ndigbo, behaving in the manner of an irritant suckling, whose feeding bottle is about to be taken from them by their mother, all because power is about to change hands.
11. And one thing is certain: Naughty North will never cease to fly their kites!

The best way to open this discourse of mine on the folly and crass stupidity of the South is to parody the Festus’s chastisement of Paul when he told the latter off: “You are out of your mind, Paul!” he shouted. “Your great learning is driving you insane” (Acts 26:24), and in like manner, I should here like to say to all Nigerians, South of the Niger, thus: TOO MUCH LEARNING (BUKURU) has made you stupid and foolish.

Despite all my warnings to the entire nation, particularly the Nigerian people in the South from my base here in the United Kingdom, their greed, stupidity, lack of foresight and strategic thinking, absence of SOLIDARITY (group, Geo Bloc and Poligeozone-wise), COOPERATION, ORGANIZATION, TOGETHERNESS, TEAM SPIRIT/WORK amongst them, coupled with their inability to predict political events in and around them, in Nigeria, Africa and in the world, they have again allowed themselves to be boxed into a very tight corner by the North, chained, handcuffed and caged preparatory to the 2023 NPE, where again, all who will be called to go and chop in the UNITY HOUSE at the UNITY VILLAGE in the UNITY CITY will like those other Nigerians before them, merely be puppets and marionettes to be puppeted and marionetted  by the cabal/mafia/Oligarchs representing the quartet of Fulanis, Hasusas, Kanuris and the Shuwa Arabs, and by extension, their Arab masters in far off East, including the OIC/D-8 Muslim majority nations!

In the routes/pathways I had earlier identified, invented by the North, essentially the quartet under reference – the SS pathway/route or the PDP pathway/route to make the North return to power after 3 or four years or if through the PDP, following MB’s stepping aside, not retiring, but staying where he chooses to return to after his political rent agreement with the Nigerian people has expired – Daura in Nigeria or Maradi in Niger, he will as the self-appointed Mahdi of the Fulanis worldwide, still be the one calling the shots as far governance of Nigeria is concerned, in order to see to the accomplishment/ealization of his pet project – TEA (Territorial Expansion Agenda).

So, unarguably, if the quartet return to power through the SS or any South Geo Bloc pathway/route, the President being from that part of Nigeria will be a mere political eunuch, with the VP, who no doubt will be a Fulani or has Fulani blood being the boss, answerable to MB in faraway Daura or Maradi, together with the cabal.

And if through the PDP pathway/route, who again will be a Fulani, the President from 2023 is coming simply to carry out the biddings/agenda of the North, particularly the quartet mentioned above and pursue very vigorously, fiercely, ferociously and very mindlessly, the cause of the ongoing global jihad in Nigeria with the foreign policy still emphasising the East and the Muslim majority nations just as IBB, Abacha, Abdulsalami, Yar’Adua and MB before them had done.

Under this scenario, the VP will be a mere pun, omo odo, boi-boi (servant), merely carrying file around, tossed here and there like a plankton floating under the flotsam and jetsam of life, representing the President at functions, doing: “As I was saying….as I was saying…the President…as I was saying…Mr President…my Oga…aah…that type of question will get me sacked-o…I tells you if I answer that very question, it will land me in soup-o…that type of question, if I answer it, it will land me in soup-o…I don’t want my Oga to sack me-o!”

Unfortunately, it does seem to me that our compatriots in the SE are not yet ready to govern Nigeria at the centre, hence they are already behaving like the Biblical Esau, negotiating for the post of Vice President instead of NDIGBO EARNESTLY SEEKING the driver’s seat.

Not only the SE, but there are also some SWtern elements too, who are angling to be VP, particularly a psychopath who has been double-speaking, presenting himself as usual, a patriot and a justice-loving fella, hollering endlessly on behalf of the Nokbekwarans, hoping he would get the VP slot or any other COME CHOP appointment after the swearing in of the President in 2023.

Having written copiously on the Doctrine of Necessity that allowed GEJ to succeed Yar’Adua, and taking cognizance of all the power game and power show that went into it and saw the realization of GEJ, a Southern Geopolitical Bloc representative, more than anything else, representing the SS sub-sub national polity or Poligeozone, it should under this Arithmetic of Politics be said, even though the full story is very well known and out there in the open, that the South as a Geopolitical bloc demonstrated maturity, political sagacity, democratic consciencism, a belief in the Turn by Turn Inc., respect for the golden rule, Platonic or Justinian Justice of giving everybody their due by not fielding their Presidential candidate from the same Geopolizone as Olusegun Obasanjo before him, a Southerner from the Southern Western Geoplolizone like the North who in 2015 and 2019 fielded Muhammadu Buhari from the same North Western Geoplizone as Umaru Musa Yar’Adua!

But why did not the NOKBEKWARANS and THE NORTH EASTERNERS put up a fight or just fight for their rights when Muhammadu Buhari and his NORTH WEST robbed them of their zoning/rotational/power shift right when power was zoned from the South to the North, but are now whingeing and moaning all because it is now the turn of the SE Ndigbo to be appointed as the next caretakers/s of the HOUSE OF NIGERIA?

Unarguably, unlike in the North, it is in the South that ethnic and primordial prejudices manifest or are expressed the most with members of one ethnic group or another hating the other with unparalleled hatred, treating one another with utter disrespect, disdain, and very despicably too, without a sense of community, group or Geo Bloc or poligeozonal solidarity, without any iota of consideration for one another, but embracing as it were, such infamous and selfish ideologies as me-ism, and I-ism, manifesting in the selfish and very bizarre doctrine of WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME?, rather than collective or group and national interest.

And whoever told them the South of Nigeria does not boast of the best of the best ad infinitum, most of whom are internationalists in their own right without a ladder offered them by any Government in Power (AGIP) which is the case with the North as virtually all those who find themselves in the usual places like the UN, OPEC and such other were in these places not via competitive performances, but through what I would here say: HELP ME CLIMB UP…, having been so pushed up by the government of the day?

In the past I had challenged Ango to send me copies of his scholarly books and scholarly contributions to international academic journals, and I am here renewing that challenge.

And since Quota System Professor Ango left the academia, what have been his earnings delivering lectures across the globe, particularly in the Western world?

Both Yakassai and Ango must be told by the Nigerian people that the so-called merit they are talking about is not about parasitism and living off governments at the expense of the toiling masses of Nigeria.

But what merit is there in centuries of parasitism?

And more than anything else, all Northern elites would not leave government even after retirement because unlike their Southern counterparts who would veer into consultancy, delivering lectures across the globe to earn a living or start businesses or set up schools, colleges and the universities and institutes, including research institutes, in addition to setting up charities, they continue to perpetually parasite/depend on their usual hosts (Every Government in Power – EGIP)  until death frees their host – the Government of the day from them.

What is more, in most cases, this total dependence of theirs on successive governments becomes hereditary amongst their millions of able-disabled, spoiled, and indolent children, most of whom they don’t know (them) by their names, or can they tell who their mothers are as these children have to introduce themselves to their parents as if they are strangers one to another.

Ruling Nigeria, if not the North, who else or rather if not the Fulanis, the Hausas, the kanuris and the Shuwa Arabs, who else will rule Nigeria, this is the very unnecessary question, in their ownership and born to rule mentality, the Arewaites often pre-occupy themselves with whenever they want to take a short trip from off governance, unlike the man who was confident enough to hand over his vineyard to his workers, and admonishing thus: OCCUPY TILL I COME.

The North never really are ever confident to be on truck Nigeriayana whenever they are not on the driving seat. They don’t ever, ever want to be a bus conduct on the national truck, they always want to be on the driver’s seat or be in the kitchen, which they often swarm with their people.

Thus, the North of Nigeria in their desperation, complicated by unparalleled worries and acute anxiety to stay put in power and whenever they are out of power, albeit temporarily, they manifest what this writer has termed as the PROYGBIV ANXIETY or PROYGBIV COLOURS, and greedy, gluttonous North do often manifest these colours as in Purple, Red, Orange, Green, Indigo and Violet to express their psychological state, frustrations, mindset and political temperature at one point or another when in Government, about to leave government, as now is or whenever they step aside to act as national truck conductors, a task they consider should only be reserved for the South.

But do you still believe desperate and foxy North don’t bother about who governs Nigeria in so far as anyone to govern Nigeria possesses the “Nigeria nature and character”?

Boh, let them go and tell that to the horse marine, for I should sooner believe Mr Johnson than believe the North.

The Nigerian educational system today lays comatose in the ‘A & E Ward’ waiting to be resuscitated because Ango Abdullahi, Jibril Aminu, Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babangida and such other Islamists who are proponent of Islamic education above the Western, killed the latter in their relentless quest for knowledge rationing/hoarding underdeveloped the nation’s educational sector just as other sectors, including the general under development of Nigeria in order to promote Islamic education in Nigeria above Western education, giving rise to the emergence of Boko Haram (WESTERN EDUCATION IS FORBIDDEN) and such other sects like Ansaru, ISWAP, Al-Shabaab and many other extremist or radical Islamists sects/societies/associations in Nigeria, too numerous to mention here, with all having similar objectives of destabilizing and destroying Western education in Nigeria for the Islamic education to thrive, catch up and over take it.

And abound today in that country to kill Western education in Nigeria is the Presidency under Muhammadu Buhari, the palaces, Fulani/Hausa elites in the business and the professions and their foot soldiers such as killer Fulani herders who purposely in their bid to slow down education and agriculture and provoke famine in Nigeria would take their animals to graze in school compounds/campuses and on farmlands full of crops and other agricultural produce; the so-called bandits, kidnappers/abductors of our children in Western education-orientated environments, whose sole aim is to make Western education become highly unattractive to the present and the future generations of school-going Nigerian kids through such frequent/regular interruptions of academic activities – learning and research centres/institutes through incessant abductions/kidnappings of our children from schools in and around the country; incessant closure of schools, colleges and the universities which began whilst the trio of Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babangida, Jibril Aminu and Ango Abdullahi held sway as the nation’s education managers, leading to the infamous ANGO MUST GO protest of the 80s amongst the Nigerian students, consequent upon closure upon closure and one closure after another, including one strike after another, a situation that has continued till date and how many months now have ASUU been on strike and no one out there cares just like in IBB/Jibril’s era (?); again, incessant strikes at all levels of the nation’s educational system; abductions/kidnapping of school kids; the purposeless and mindless burning of schools, colleges and the universities; the so-called campus/college compound ‘grazing’, whereby Fulani herders deliberately swarmed these institutions of learning with their cows and other animals in the name of ‘grazing’ just to disrupt academic enterprises/activities with the sole aim of killing Western education in Nigeria and wiping it off from the national educational curriculum so Islamic education can thrive/flourish!

My readers would recall THE FOOD JIHAD embarked upon by the North followed immediately after my essays warning the nation of the fact that in no distant time, the Fulani/Hausa, Kanuri, and the Shuwa Arab North would thenceforward be using food to checkmate/control the South in times of national crises/chaos and emergencies, including just common-ordinary disagreement between the two halves of the national polity.

And do the Nigerian people of the Lower Niger Area think THE FOOD JIHAD in Nigeria has been permanently laid to rest and given its last or final burial, whilst the South particularly have developed crazy tastes for the Western/Oriental/Asian food, with some now ordering their breakfast/launch and dinner from London, Dubai, Beijing, New York to show off nothing as far as this writer is concerned, but their buffoonery and gross idiocy?

Food Jihad in Nigeria and in all ECOWAS is just about to begin – and if there is anyone out there in the South listening, this again, is my wake-up call to them first, and then to all Nigeria to return to the trade of our forebears – and nothing is wrong with African foods as some fools out there would say: AFRICA FOOD DEY SMELL, E too heavy and E no get protein.

And all such fools out there must keep their mouth shut permanently. Any wonder that traditional western or diseases native to the West are very much prevalent in Africa now, particularly in Nigeria and amongst the Nigerian people?

Regarding the impending FOOD JIHAD & FAMINE, now is the time all Nigeria must embark on BACK TO LAND PROGRAMME or perish like fools – and the time is coming and come very soon that time, when food will be used in Nigeria and all Africa to convert people to Islam.

THE HOUR OF TRUTH

Truth is, now is the right time for Ndigbo to produce the next President of Nigeria. And to know the right thing to do at the right time, and doing it at the right time, is the right thing to do at the right time and doing it at the right time is right because doing it at the right time, is the right thing to do at the right time because it is right to do the right thing at the right time.

But it looks to this writer that the myriads of mercantilist separatist groups that now abound in the Southeast are not only the albatrosses to the realization of a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction, but to the realization of their integration within the Nigerian Federation and a cog in the wheel of national cohesion.

Also, if the Igbos choose to break away from the Federal Republic of Nigeria and form the Indigenous Sovereign State of Biafra (ISSB), will their brethren in the Niger Delta (the Delta, Rivers, Edo, Benue and A’Ibom Igbo) also go with them or they will choose to remain in Nigeria?

What is more, in order to have the assurances of the Nigerian people, every Ndigbo must bury their vision of BIAFRATOPIA, embrace NIGERIATOPIA and the ideology of NIGERIANISM.

Unless Ndigbo want to tell the Nigerian people that APGA is just a spare part or reserve party to which they will return when they fail to make it in every election through a major party, they must all be reminded that APGA is their incontrovertible seal and signet ring for national reconciliation, integration and cohesion.

So why then are they allowing an egocentric vampire – blood sucking demon to con them of their hard-earned money in return for the dead bodies of their brethren 24/7 through the unNigerian loyalty of an nkita?

TELLING IT HO-HA TO NDIGBO

Now that Ndigbo have decided to become clever by half by choosing to forget when the rain began to beat us as a people, and are always crying to whoever may listen to them in corporate Nigeria: Look what you have done to us – all the uncountable injustices you have perpetrated against us, it is now about time the good people of Nigeria turned the table at Ndigbo by reminding them of the unspeakable evils of their three sons – Major Kaduna Nzeogwu, Major-General Johnson Umunakwe Ironsi (a.k.a. Ironside) and Colonel Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu to corporate Nigeria thus: Look what these your three sons, and by extension all Ndigbo have done to our Nigeria, the Nigerian people and our/their children’s children!

A CALL ON YOUNG IGBO TO REFLECT ON HOW THEY ARE BEING USED BY THE PRIVILEDGED NDIBGO AND NDIGBO RULING ELITES…THE YOUNG YORUBAS TOO, OTHER EXCITED SEPARATISTS IN THE NIGER DELTA AND ELSEWHERE!

AN APEAL TO CONSCIENCE

All the hapless and under privileged Ndigbo, who have forgotten their humble backgrounds risking their lives by constantly being on the streets to protest the obvious injustices against Ndigbo, dying and getting killed during such protest marches and secret meetings for the greedy, gluttonous, self-conceited, pompous, haughty and privileged Ndigbo with ill-gotten wealth, some of them Western trained/educated, must be made aware that in the event of, God forbid, a break-up of the Nigerian Federation, in which case, Ndigbo would now have their dreamed Biafra, it is still the same rotten Ndigbo privileged class and the ruling elites now wining and dining with their oppressors and aggressors in the ruling House of Uthman Dan Fodio and their children and grandchildren, and in some cases, great grandchildren, some of who are now in Western countries that will still continue to rule over them, and are sure to make their lives worse and more miserable!

Therefore, I call on all Ndigbo, especially those over-excited kids who are in the separatist mercantilist organizations like IPOB, MASSOB-BIM, and such other stomach and pockets restructuring commercial separatist organizations to think.

Again, need I remind all Ndigbo, particularly the jobless Ndigbo youth, who have been making themselves available for ‘foreigners’ to be used to destroy the economy of the whole South East through the so-called sit-at-home that merely conceiving it, more so, the practical idea of it is economic sabotage.

Think, Ndigbo! Ndigbo, think!

A time cometh when we should as a people tell ourselves the utmost word of truth, and now cometh that hour.

_{To this end, I say to all Nigerian youth: Shine your eyes! Think! Don't ever, ever go to the streets to die for any of these stupid and very greedy elders and Presidential desperadoes who never cared to visit their places of birth (villages) when they were in Governments, but upon retirement, and being now very idle would now claim to know the roads to their villages, having impassable roads, just to buy chieftaincy titles from your equally greedy local chiefs and kings - the political monarchs created together with the so-called autonomous communities by the irresponsible and wretched Governors to help intimidate people to vote for them and hijack ballot boxes - and after the installation of the bogus and hurriedly created chieftaincy titles would never smell again what they would later like to refer to disdainfully as (that) "smelling village/s", with some never, even want to be buried in these “smelling” villages when they die, whilst others, only their corpses will be taken back home, and in most cases, these "smelling villagers", whose children they usually push to the streets to die on their behalf, would refuse to have anything to do with their corpses, reasoning: "If they are not useful to them when alive, they certainly cannot, when they are now dead, and no villagers would be in attendance at their funerals, except members of their immediate families they never remembered when the going was good for them!}

THE TYRANNY/DICTATORSHIP OF THE NORTH: POWER STRUGGLE AND POWER BALANCE IN NIGERIA SINCE 1960 TILL THE PRESENT

More than any Government Party in power since the creation of Nigeria, it was the NPN-led Government of Nigeria that consciously sought to in the national interest, and the continuity of our Republic – the Federal Republic of Nigeria, address the hitherto seemingly knotty problem of power struggle and balance of power in Nigeria by writing it into their party manifesto.

FEDERAL CHARACTER AND QUOTA SYSTEM ARE ZONING BY SOME OTHER NAMES!

It would be recalled that during that pioneering endeavour by the National Party of Nigeria (NPN), believed by many a scholar to be an off shoot of the First Republic’s Northern People’s Congress, the NPC, the nation’s then only political Wordsmith, political “juggernaut”, “timber and calibre”, Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe who famously said: “We are zoning to zone the un-zoned and surmounting the insurmountable.”

But the zoning arrangement under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has remained very contentious till the very present, with the former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan always being accused of reneging on the gentle-man’s zoning arrangement of the PDP till the very present.

Although, whilst the Turn-by-turn Plc or arrangement is not an entrenched provision in the nation’s highly imperfect constitution, this writer would for purpose of national unity, justice, fair play, peace and progress, like to encourage its adoption into every registered party’s manifesto in Nigeria.

While in the vanguard to ensure a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction in 2023, the pertinent question to ask at this time is: what will Ndigbo do with power whenever it is entrusted to them by the Nigerian people?

• When you get power, what will you do with it?
• How will you share power to ensure balance and a sense of belonging and not fall into the grave error of Muhammadu Buhari’s nepotistic style of Government, following the advice of his hero, Uthman Dan Fodio?
• How will you distribute power and national socio-politico—econo-cultural entitlements equitably?
• How will you manage and review power for purposes of balance and equal representation?
• How will you carry out or execute or implement or apply power day by day and night by night 24/7?
• How will they humanise power – power with human face?
• Finally, amongst other ways of power utilization/application/implementation/execution, what is power to you?
• But how can a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction work independently of the Gamji Oligarchs – the caliphate delusionists/the cabal/the mafia and the Fulani irridentists who have since 1960 till the very present continued to see Nigeria as the estate of their forebears, in addition to the jihad-orientated constitution, 1999, which to this writer, is just a SHARIA PLAN OF ACTION (SPA) or SHARIA ACTION PLAN (SAP) or A BLUEPRINT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARIA IN NIGERIA or THE JIHADI MANIFESTO or better still, SUBSTANCE OF ISLAMISM AND SHARIA BY AUWALU H. YADUDU?

I call on God and posterity to be me witness that in canvassing for a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction, this writer is very much aware of the fact that Nigeria as is presently structured and constituted had been skewed to favour the Fulani, Hausa, Kanuri, the Shuwa Arab North and their Arab cousins in faraway East to whom their allegiance is,  so having an Igbo or any other ethnic nationality in the UNITY HOUSE at the UNITY VILLAGE in the UNITY CITY, will merely act as a comic deus ex machina and a comic relief in the Nigerian tragi-comedy drama as it will be a sort of power without power or having power without power nor be in charge and in control just as it has been since the days of Ironsi, Gowon, Shonekan, Obasanjo (twice) and Jonathan, where power has always resided in the hands of the mafia/cabal and the Oligarchic North. Such a President will just be another puppet and marionette to be marionetted and puppeted by the “owners of power in Nigeria (OPIN)

• _{The colonial boundary between the North and South of Nigeria was at the behest of the House of Usman dan Fodio.}
• _{And ever since all the boundary adjustments between the geographical North and South have continued to be at the pleasure of the emirs, foremost amongst them, previous Sultans of Sokoto and emirs of Kano alongside other emirs with their stooges whom they had helped into the armed forces and the police under the ONE NORTH PROJECT, even when these young recruits then who later became Generals/coup plotters as instigated by these emirs, politicians, top civil servants, other Fulani-Hausa elites, including those in the business community and the professions, did not then have the required General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level qualifications - and such adjustments/balkanization/chopping off some strategic geographical areas of the country as commanded/ordered/instructed/directed by these politicians on the thrones had always and always followed and continued to follow Uthman Dan Fodio's jihadi routes/lines in favour of the so-called Sokoto Caliphate, which by my reckoning, is non-existent in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria supports me in refusing to acknowledge this nonsense in the 21st century - this very ignominy and shamelessness.}
• _{Beyond the Lugardian arrangement, the indigenous people of the Upper and Lower Niger have not sat down to do serious thinking and reflection, asking such questions as:}
• _{*Baring the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates, do we as a people of the Upper and Lower Niger really want to be together via first, a referendum, and then go on to form a country to be known and called NIGERIA or by a new generally agreed and given name, with its constitution having a preamble: WE THE PEOPLE....}
• _{Britain and indeed, the whole wide world call us NIGERIANS and our country, NIGERIA, but what do we call ourselves, and WHO are Nigerians?}
• _{WHY Nigeria, why do we want to come together to form and have a government and a country?}
• _{HOW is Nigeria to be formed and governed?}
• _{WHAT is Nigeria?}
• _{WHERE is Nigeria?}
• _{WHEN is Nigeria?}
• _{WHICH way/system, Nigeria?}
• _{Who are (the) Nigerians?}
• _{Apart from the country's inability to achieve geographical balance between the North and South since the colonial times till the very modern day, Nigeria lacks the attributes of a country, for as it's currently constituted, it is a mere refugee camp, no doubt, a very big camp for the nationally displaced persons (NDPs) - excepting the ruling/ruining class and their cronies at GIDA USMANU DAN FODUYE. But are all the citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria not displaced in their own country?}
• _{What is called Nigeria lacks planning and organization -}
• _{Development is concentrated in privileged/selected designated areas - capital cities, this accounts for population explosion and traffic in these cities;}
• _{The wealth of the nation is not equitably distributed, but concentrated in a few hands - this explains the prevalence of acute poverty, high rate of crimes, prostitutions, general anger, restiveness, especially amongst the now Buhari’s nanninized youths and the hunger-stricken in Nigeria;}
• _{Only those having hereditary privilege can access the commonwealth, and in most cases, education which is now highly rationed and controlled in both the now two-in-one country – SECULAR SOUTHERN NIGERIA (SSN) and SHARIA NORTHERN NIGERIA (SNN).}
• _{Resource allocation is fraught with grandiose deception;}
• _{Amongst many others, the new arrangement for which all Nigerians should advocate and seek must be to tackle all these, in addition to changing the name Nigeria to THE NIBE FEDERATION, having as its official name: THE GREAT NIBE FEDERATION, taking from the first two alphabets of the rivers NIger and BEnue, with full and true Federalism as its goal.}
• _{Dismantle/dissolve the existing 36 states and the 774 constitutionally recognized Local Government Councils, including the Local Government Development Associations where exists such arrangements and go for any of the new arrangement as proposed below:}
• _{Two regions or two countries in one model – North and South with a weak centre and a Federal Capital Territory still in Abuja and Provinces under a Parliamentary arrangement, having a unicameral Legislature – THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATVE; and THE HOUSE OF CHIEFS, the equivalent of the British House of Lords, not making laws, but acting as the reviewer of the laws made by the House of Representatives as well as a moderator to be elected or otherwise as may be determined by the Nigerian people.}
• _{Collapse the sandwich tier of Government in the present three-tier, leaving now a two-tier-type Government – Central Government and Local Government Areas or Central Government and Provinces or Central Government and Regions.}
• _{Or 4-in-One-Model akin to the British model of having four countries in one with devolved powers to the hyphenated/engrafted countries and a Central Government and a Unicameral Legislature.}
• _{Or 5-in-One-Model:}
• _{Sahel/Savanna Republic (Core North)}
• _{Nokbekwara (the present Middle Belt or North Central Geopolizone)}
• _{Oceana/Coastland Republic (Southwest sub-national Poligeozone).}
• _{Orient/Rainforest/Palm Groves/Palm Land Republic (the present Southeast Geopolizone).}
• _{Niger Delta Republic (the present Southsouth Poligeozone).}
• _{Or 6-in-One-Model – six countries in one by upgrading the present 6 Geopolizone/Poligeozone with a Westminster type arrangement; but having a Unicameral Legislature, and a moderating adjunct – the House of Chiefs, not necessarily traditional rulers or persons with honorary chieftaincy titles, but pre-eminent retired Nigerians drawn from all walks of life, and elected to the potentially exalted chamber of honour and nobility – these must be the nation’s best of the best, with unimpeachable integrity, to be addressed as HIGH CHIEFS, NOBLE CHIEFS, NOBLE LADIES.}
• _{Doing away with the usual Nigerian penchant for the spectacular/big/exalted titles, the heads of the LGAs or Provinces should be known and referred to as Directors or Heads or simply Leaders – Provincial Leaders/Heads/Directors.}
• _{6 regions with a unicameral Legislature, and the House of Chiefs as a mere reviewing/monitoring chamber and a Westminster-type Government, having a weak centre, again, operating under the slogan: WHATEVER IS IN YOUR BACK YARD.}
• _{FUNDING: Each hyphenate tier of Government under the new arrangement should be self-funding in accordance with the slogan: WHATEVER IS IN YOUR BACKYARD but paid an agreed per centage of tax to the weak centre, which shall continue to be the General Overseer over all the items on the EXCLUSIVE LIST.}
• _{ELECTION AND ELECTORAL FUNDING: This shall be by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, having an electoral agency so established as entrenched in the constitution with electoral funding through the establishment of Election/Electoral Funding Authority (National Election Funding Authority – NEFA), and having INEC renamed: as THE NATIONAL ELECTORAL AUTHORITY (NEA) or THE FEDERAL ELECTORAL AUTHORITY (FEA).}

Between 2005 - 2009 he was Media Director, PRONACO (Pro-National Conference), UK/Europe.

In addition to his array of degrees and extensive experience in journalism, environment, development, international diplomacy and international security, Mr Aduma obtained the AET (Award in Education and Training), Level 3 from CONEL, a Further Education College and member of the Capital City College Group (CCCG), London, including Higher Education courses in Education and Training – the CET (Certificate in Education and Training) Level 4 and the Specialist Diploma in Teaching English: ESOL & Literacy, Level 5 from the same Further Education College, all in 2018.

Aduma is currently a doctoral researcher at SOAS and he is the Chief Executive Officer of VIGILANCE-THE WORLD’S LEADING SECURITY MAGAZINE (www.vigilance-securitymagazine.com) and the founder of Scorpion News Corp (www.scorpionnewscorp.com).
