THE CREED OF THE RULE OF LAWLESSNESS – HOW PSYCHOPATHS IN GOVERNMENT THINK

• Break every rule.

• Do whatever you like.

• Obey no laws.

• Refuse to honour court orders.

• Kill! Kill! Kill!

• Survival of the fittest.

• Might is right.

• Wealth is power, even if illegally acquired!

• Justice for the highest bidder.

• Exploit the weak and the poor.

• Sword is mightier than the pen.

• Anarchism better than order.

• Peace is a costly luxury.

• Divide and rule.

• Minority carry the vote.

• Rule of the few.

• National wealth for the few.

• Better life for the few.

• Above the law.

• Impunity.

• Untouchability.

• Jungle justice.

• Revenge is sweet.

• Treat others as you would not like to be treated.

• Love yourself; hate your neighbour.

• “I”, “I”, “I”, “me”, “me” and nobody else, but “me!”

• Dishonesty is the best policy.

• Lying is the most prized virtue to be converted.

• Truth is already extinct.

• Fake news is what sells.

• Esteem yourself better than others.

• Chaos, confusion and war, better for society.

• Harmony and peaceful co-existence are anachronistic.

• Kill or get killed.

• Do or die.

• Do as told.

• The end justifies the means.

• Use force to achieve your goals and aspirations.

• Force/violence are the bridges to success.

• No God, but man.

• Religion is God. Therefore, Religion, and not God is supreme.

• Every person is the captain of their destiny.

• Don’t work, but you must eat any way and anyhow.

• Possess whatever does not belong to you.

• Sin is glory.

• Sin is pleasurable.

• Crime is great.

• Use violence to redeem violence.

• Work to feed the ruler or die.

• Conscience is a myth and a mirage.

• Possess others’ possession by hook or crook.

• Oppress the poor because they are a bunch of lazy nuisances consuming without producing.

• God is a religion and a religion is God.

• Religion is lawlessness.

• Nature is lawlessness.

• The world is lawlessness and lawlessness is the world.

• What is consistently consistent about the universe is consistent disorderliness. Therefore, order is mere wishful thinking as the world is defined by consistent disorder.

• The universe is a self-governing entity without a deity, but man.

• Governance is by the elected privileged minority.

• There’s no such a thing as the people’s government. The people are a rag tag mobs who cannot govern themselves, hence they are governed. Therefore, they must remain where they belong and look for their daily bread or be crushed if found on the streets rebelling or in the name of a demonstration or protesting.

• Every change of government or regime change are first instigated by the people who are always moaning, murmuring, grumbling and complaining about bad government, yet they are afraid to get onto the driver’s seat and drive the ship of state off the stormy gale and to safety ashore.

• Criticisms of whatever types and in whatever forms are forbidden. The rag tag band of the mobs called the people must learn to be grateful to their privileged superiors who are governing them because they cannot govern themselves or be sent to the gallows.

• Do as commanded or expire.

• Only others can be put in the balance.

• Ethnic nationalism and supremacy are to be promoted and encouraged above nationalism or national nationalism.

• The poor should never have cried for justice, knowing full well it will not be given to them.

• Only one way is right – the way of the rulers.

• Your place of birth matters.

• Your ethnic nationality matters.

• Your geographical zone matters.

• Rape all things and everything.

• Justice is not charity nor alms giving commanded by a religion - the poor must therefore, be aware of this.

• The mirror always reflects another person.

• Make the so-called people helpless, then exploit and take advantage of them.

• Consciously weaken the federated units in a union, divert resources to the centre; make the centre very strong and weaken the states in order to control them maximally for the purpose of making them beggarly and subservient to the centre.

• Justice is not for the poor nor peace and comfort, but suffering and untold anguish of soul.

• Keep the poor, and make the poor poorer, but the rich, keep them rich and strong and make them richer.

• Dismantle the so-called middle class and settle them on the island of poverty in order to kill their comfort-loving tendency.

• Initiate policies and strategies whose outcome will create more IDPs, for the more IDPs, the better for the smooth running of the government as no goddamned poor – the so-called people will ever rise to revolt against the Government of the day.

• To rule perpetually; identify the vocal elements of society – even the cicadas and buy them or exterminate them.

• Slaves are to be buried alive and human beings buried with dignity.

• The effectiveness of the laws of the state is tested by the number of people detained or actually thrown into jails as testaments to miscarriages of justice which is a full proof of an autocratic Government fully in charge.

• Let the people dare to be without their loved ones for a day in addition to having sleepless nights so they experience what the rulers do often go through.

• The so-called international community is a comity of busybody-nation states who should mind their business and language. They must never always attempt to spit across the Atlantic, because they cannot, no matter how much they try.

• The band of ‘terrorists’ called the people must not always aim to perpetually conflict with every Government in power.

• Submit or face the music.

• Truth is untruth turned inside out.

• Count the cost if you must protest or rebel.

• What usually happens in a polity is that the ruler often does apply the rule of lawlessness to the people, and to the citizens, they apply the rule of common sense/conscience/consideration/moderation or simply the privileged rule.

• The court paid by the state shouldn’t always attempt to arrogate to itself the dignity of a chair by sending their so-called court orders flying all over the place, dictating to the ruler or its agents regarding who to release from detention or jail as those detained are mere pets whom the agents of the state have taken off from the streets to rid the state of its foes; more, when such elements by their intransigence against the state could encourage further rebellion against the state or its officers/agents.

• That word “impunity” is noisy in the ears of the ruler and must be expunged from any dictionary on the planet earth.

• The ruler must not hesitate to condemn any enemy of the state to the beasts.

• Whatever the people and the human rights elements think, the rule that does and will always prevail is the rule of lawlessness.

• The ruler has the right to kill.

• Conscience is a myth just as freedom and justice are a mirage.

• Possess others’ possessions.

• Oppress the poor because they are simply a bunch of lazy nuisances, consuming without producing.

• Let the republic get rid of the people by sending them into extinction but keep the citizens and protect them perpetually.

• The ruler is bigger than the nation/the republic and its institutions.

• In a nation/the republic the people don’t count, but what do count are the citizens and citizens don’t revolt or protest, but trust and obey, and rather than behave like the people, they follow the leader-ruler.

• Give the people, not salaries but surviving wages.

• The people should not aspire to become the nobles of the republic, only citizens can, for nobility is too high and too dignifying for the people, hence unattainable by them.

• The people should work and work to sustain the state, but should not be paid salaries, but small wages to keep body and soul together so they can keep working for the sustenance of the republic until they drop dead.

• The people are not citizens. Anybody can be people; hence they are always never satisfied and appreciative of their rulers/leaders or be thankful to them.

• The people are the enemies of the state and the republic. That’s why the state and the republic hate them.

• The only thing the people are good for is to labour and labour and labour, and whenever they are no longer working and producing they should be disposed of because the only reason for which the people are alive is to work for the continuity of the state and the republic.

• Always, it is the people that break the laws, but the citizens never, ever do.

• Have you ever seen a citizen breaks the law of the state and the republic? Don’t ever think or conceive it because it will never happen or there never will come such a time.

• As a matter of fact, the charge of impunity which those dregs of the earth – the people have always levelled against the rulers, ought ordinarily and naturally to be levelled against the people because it is they who often break the laws of the state and the republic, hence a lot of them are in prison.

• The laws are made for the people and not the citizens.

• The people don’t matter, so the laws/courts cannot always claim to be acting on their behalf.

• The people keep hollering and moaning about payment of tax and any slight increase in taxation because they are not citizens.

• The people are not needed for a state to exist and function properly.

• Why on earth should the rulers bother about the people when in the East they have been utterly rejected and are now being rejected in the West?

• Wait a minute! The people’s Government? Ha-ha! There’s no such a thing as the people’s Government or the people’s Republic. Such hallucinations by the plebeians are simply a mist. This hogwash is merely a concept and never has existed in reality.

• Is there ever a Government that the so-called people will not criticise?

• Due process? What’s that? What is due process; except an irritating phrase which must immediately be expunged from every dictionary on the planet earth.

• Nothing like equality before the law because all human beings are naturally not created equal nor all animals are. You may spend years to study your fingers and whenever you think they are equal or you can make them equal, then haste to the amphitheatre for a debate with the rulers about this so-called equality before the law or such nonsense as ALL HUMAN BEINGS ARE EQUAL.

• Fall in or fall out.

• Shape in or shape out.

• Submit or die.

• Adapt or die.

• Surrender or die.

• Obey or die.

• Give up every of your possessions or die.

• Comply or shut up your sassy mouth!

***POSTSCRIPT

The RoL otherwise to be known and called THE DICTATOR’S MANIFESTO or THE TYRANT’S HANDBOOK or THE AUTOCRAT’S COMPANION or THE GROUNDWORK OF AUTOCRACY or THE AUTOCRAT’S WORKBOOK was inspired by the brutishness/bestiality and monstrosity of Muhammadu Buhari in his governance of Nigeria between December 31^st, 1983-August 27, 1985, including especially his second and third comings (INTIFADAS) from May 29^th, 2015 till the present.

This short piece of work has been written as a reflection of and on how the minds of dictators/tyrants and autocrats work, and NOT, repeat, and NOT as an approval, in any least way whatsoever of such animalism – brutishness, bestiality, monstrosity and their general proclivity.

Having so clearly stated my stance on my strong abhorrence for the dictators’ diseased minds, God and posterity are called to bear me witness regarding my disapproval of these bestial foibles of the dictators since the beginning of time, through now and unto the furthest generations/future until the Day of the Lord.

Also, in the realm of intellectual enterprises, this work of mine should simply be seen as my psychological excavation of the minds of the dictators, tyrants and autocrats, and stating here again very succinctly, NOT my approval of their minds-bent!
