Former Military Head of State, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida yesterday hit back at former Presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change [CPC], Gen. Muhammadu Buhari who accused his regime of being behind the destruction of oil sector.
Babangida, a Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] threatened to expose the “holier-than thou-attitude” of Gen. Buhari.
The former head of state, who spoke through Prince Kassim Afegbua, his media adviser, reminded Gen. Buhari that those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
Besides, Babaginda, the former PDP Presidential aspirant, urged President Goodluck Jonathan to learn to accept criticisms.
He also advised Dr. Jonathan to look elsewhere, not him, if he is blaming past leaders that are criticizing him.
Afegbua said: “On President Jonathan, there is nothing wrong in criticism if it is constructive and in the interest of the country. Gen. Babangida is one unique former President who does not criticise a sitting President as a matter of courtesy.
“If President Jonathan is blaming past leaders, he should look elsewhere, certainly not IBB.
“On Gen. Buhari, it is not in IBB’s tradition to take up issues with his colleague former President. But for the purpose of record, we are conversant with Gen. Buhari’s so-called holier-than-thou attitude.
“He is a one-time Minister of Petroleum and we have good records of his tenure as minister.
“Secondly, he also presided over the Petroleum Trust Fund ( PTF) which records we also have.
“We challenge him to come out with clean hands in those two portfolios he headed. Or, we will help him to expose his. “records of performance during those periods.
“Those who live in glass houses do not throw stones. Gen. Buhari should be properly guided.”

INTEGRITY MATTERS

The APC have continued to show the world that virtue is offensive to them, but we would like each member of that rancorous, crisis-ridden, war-torn, disoderly, unrully, disorientated, inglorious, disreputable, badly battered and higly disorganised bunch in that party totally lacking team spirit to now begin to train up themselves and enroll themselves in the international club of gentility, truth, honesty and learn to always comport themselves as purveyors of the truth -  only then can they be respected and trusted.
But when they throw decency over board as they always do to daily hunt for sensational headlines, there will come a time when their cry of wolves would be ignored even by the good Samaritan on their Jericho Road. All we are saying to APC, the party with poverty of honour is: APC, ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH AND SHAME THE DEVIL, but if they cannot climb the dizzying height of honour and integrity, let them come clean and tell the whole wide world they are a SATANIC CLUB - a party of PATHOLOGICAL LIARS who no doubt are of the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN.

I'm really, really in tears for Nigeria, for someone like Buhari, a highly divisive element and an unrepentant jihadist and bigot to be occupying that exalted office as the President, not just of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, not just of the whole of Africa, but the President of all persons of African ancestry on the planet earth. How did Nigerians get to this lowest point in their national odyssey, despite all my warnings, wailings and actual cries?

Is he just knowing the economy is broke? Let him call Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to help him fix it then. This is the price brainless people like Buhari who crave power for power's sake and not for the good they can use power to do, do pay for their intense lust for power.
Is this not the same Buhari who wouldn't let Jonathan and his good-for-nothing team be, on being declared the winner of the March 28th Presidential election by the Atahiru Jega-led nepotistic INEC? In spite of my warnings to Buhari and his cohorts to take it easy and allow Jonathan finish his course until he was sworn-in as President, Buhari then relying on BAT and the band of political egrets that are currently around him and do mill around him, I mean those shameless intetiredtuals who had deliberately set their academic gowns on fire and run away from the academia to look for AMALA amongst thieving/roguish and morally bankrupt political officials, they were competing very fiercely with the Jonathan Government for sensational headlines by churning out highly plagiarised Western political parties' manifestoes and loading them onto the newrooms in garbage bags for their paid journalists to cast their highly banal and sensational headlines from.

But now that they have all the political space to themselves, they have never stopped their useless blame game as they keep moaning and moaning, complaining and complaining and murmuring and murmuring like idle bees. Matters have got to a bizzare point since BAT and his KILEJEKU(?)/ political egrets who constitute his political think-tank, having been shoved aside by the ruling HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO, have decided to collect back their 'feathers' (withholding ideas from Buhari and his Arewa cohorts), thus leaving Buhari to come crashing down on earth from the sky, so Buhari now going about with broken skull and ribs is currently suffering the fate the FOOLISH AND GREEDY TORTOISE who during a trip to the sky for an important meeting, greedily took the name ALL OF YOU and cornered the foods brought to the delegation to the sky all to himself because, beclouded by his incurable greed, he forgot that his journey to the sky was made possible by other creatures on the delegation to the SKY CONFERENCE who had loaned him their feathers - and now that the Tinubu camp has withdrawn their ideas from Muhammadu Buhari, he is now left destitute of ideas, coupled with his gross lack of MORAL RECTITUDE and a mind thoroughly devoid of NIGERIANISM, NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS, FAIRPLAY AND BALANCE, hence his resort to crying wolves, wolves, wolves, when in fact, there are nonsuch!

Answering questions from reporters recently on how to strengthen the Naira, his ABEED figure-head Vice President, Oluleke Osinbajo rambled and rambled as a man speaking in tongues and just leaving mammy market after a good dose of brukutu (BKT), whilst at the same time clutching a Bible the size of NECOM HOUSE in Lagos. These mammy market and beer parlour economists can't be serious, yet they are raising the Nigerian people's hope, promising them non-existent jobs to the tune of millions by the year 2016, when in six months after being sworn in, they have not been able to give any Nigerian jobs, except as usual, their cronnies and political egrets! But do they really know the number of the unemployed currently in Nigeria - 74, 80, 100 million people?

These two clowns can't be serious, even as they yet can't figure out how to start the nation's economic molue, with the passengers now despondent, disillusioned and disenchanted. I dare these two SIDDON DO-NOTHING bus driver and conductor to publish the statistics of those whom they had given jobs since their misadventure into those exalted offices in which, both of them are no doubt misfits.

Lamentably, they have continued with the deception and headline-grabbing empty promises of the Jonathan era, such that virtually every sector has been positioned to create the usual feel-good figures of millions and millions of jobs, forgetting that Governments all over the world are in full control of only a highly in-elastic sector - the civil service, so where are they going to get these millions and billions and trillions of jobs from, and how are they going to go about creating and subsequently providing them?

Didn't I hear someone say just now the antics of a very dodgy Vice President and a supra dodgy President, hence they should both be sent to Sierra Leone to be ordained as voodoo priests and subsequently enlisted as members of the Poro Society, for their unscientific permutations on how to move the Nigerian economy forward?

Therefore, Buhari has just this week to release Nnamdi Kanu and if he thinks he has committed any offence against the State, let him be charged to court as the fire raging currently has the potential of engulfing the whole nation once more, and this time, it will not be the rest of the country fighting Ndigbo as many people and regions in that country feel after 55 years they will only be deceiving themselves to think that Nigeria as is currently constituted and bulkanised with many fault lines, visble and invisible, holds any promise for them.

The next economic minister will talk about oil subsidy; embarking on Quantitative Easying; further privatization/deregulation of the economy; they will under serious pressures from abroad and vested interest group at home be pushed to seriously consider further devaluation of the naira; diversification of the economy like others before them, but will not know how; introduction of austerity measures; borderless trade; foreign direct investment; the so-called technology transfer; bring agriculture to the front burner, but will not know what to do practically; the economic minister will advise Nigerians to learn a lesson from the Asian Tigers - South East Asia - Japan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, BRICS (emerging economies like Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa); revamp Ajaokuta; ENDLESS LOANS - get loans from the West, China and may be from Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc. All these worn out thinking and solutions will be devoid of local contents that are in tandem with prevailing home/African realities - no talk of looking inward! Then and as usual, at the end of the person's tenure, they will be compensated by the West with a bait that looks like an international appointment just as others before them have been so compensated for a job WELL DONE to further kill Africans and Africa.

COLONIAL EDUCATION, POLICING, THINKING & OIL

In the 21st century, it surprises me to learn that most Nigerians, especially their rulers are yet to discover that the bane of all our national woes are first and foremost to be traced to virtually all our colonial inheritances and the discovery of oil in 1956, which have no doubt left Nigerians with leprous hearts, minds, spirits, souls, bodies, dead consciences, culminating in gross lack of creativity, innovations, strategic thinking and herd instinct amongst Nigerians.

The education left us by the colonialists was administratively-orientated aimed at merely producing people who would move files from one office to another. Embark on a visit to the Federal Secretariat, States Secretariats, Local Governments Secretariats, and even in the private sector environments - what do you see Nigerians do on daily basis? Of course, MOVING FILES ABOUT OR CARRYING FILES ABOUT! The contents of all these files centre on MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES and HOW TOs, dodgy training programmes, especially how to partake of the national cake.

The colonial education which all Nigerians from the first generation of Nigerians till date have been receiving merely produce unthinking robots, greedy people, very arrogant people whose aspirations are merely to become BIG MEN AND WOMEN just like the colonialists made themselves before the natives, hence till this day, Africans still see all Caucasians and even Asians as gods.

It is a "me", "me", "me" and "I", "I" and "I"- education and NOT a "we", "we", "us-thou-they". This explains all that are Nigerian today in the 21st century.
'Colo' education does not involve thinking, hence successive generations of Nigeria from kindergarten/primary are trained to cram, given tests/examinations in which they are meant to cram and come out with the so-called FIRST CLASSES and be handed the usual meal 'tickets' which they use to look for jobs, mark the phrase: "which they use to look for jobs", NOT to create jobs!

TRAIN THE HEAD, HEART AND HEAD...THE 3Hs SYSTEM OF EDUCATION

My number one solution to the unemployment situation in Nigeria/Africa is to bin the current COLO EDUCATION and come up with a new philosophy of education that is authentically African and INDUSTRIAL IN NATURE - Industrial education or what I call THE WORKSHOP & STUDIO EDUCATION whose philosophy will be to first recognise the fact that formal education whose end is UNIVERSITY EDUCATION is just ONE out of the TRILLIONS OF LIFE'S PATHWAYS and equally recognise, value and appreciate the so-called common labour such as carpentry, pepper grinding, mechanics, radionics - in fact, all artisans and technicians who of neccessity MUST be appreciated by the Nigerian society, recognised, valued and be respected and accorded the same respect with their so-called graduate counterparts, and enjoy the same salary scales like the ALAKOWES - your again, so-called graduates and under this philosophy being proposed, a graduate should step forward to be trained to pursue a career path as a cobler, carpenter, vulcaniser, bus conductor, taxi driver, food and health inspector, pure water seller, bricklayer, butcher/meat seller, mai tea (tea seller), mai suya (barbecue maker), kerosine seller, pepper seller, vegetable seller, pepper grinder, dry cleaner, cleaner, groundnut seller, food vendor, etc.

THE UNIVERSITY IS JUST ONE PATHWAY OUT OF THE LIMITLESS PATHWAYS LIFE CAN OFFER

The world is a vocational and an avocational academy with many pathways and none attaining supremacy over the others. Therefore, people shouldn't or be made to feel guilty or inferior if their chosen pathways do not eventually lead to the acquirement of university education as university education is not life's ultimate, but the services one renders in their little corners to God and humanity.

God gave Nigeria oil and that country couldn't come up with OILNADE since 1956 until the world is gradually bidding the OIL ECONOMY an everlasting goodbye!
What am I advocating? All I'm advocating and saying is that we should have a kind of educational system whose products/recipients when given water should come up with ENERGY WATER, products of such a system that will sell ice to the Eskimos; sell pork to the most fanatical Muslim (no offence is intended here); who when given fish will sell it and buy a hook; who when given a loaf of bread will turn it into sandwiches and sell them to fellow Nigerians and the rest of the world, etc, etc.

POLICE-PEOPLE-POLICING: PREVENTATIVE/PRE-EMPTIVE, STRATEGIC & EFFECTIVE POLICING

It has never occured to Ehigiator to come up with a plan of action/action plan/blueprint for strategic and effective policing which is all inclusive, taking advantage of the social media and the ease of modern communication methods, especially such strategies that will involve commonsensical method of the ABC OF POLICING A MULTICULTURAL NIGERIA - preventative policing which includes questioning the ubridled dissipated lifestyles of Nigerians, the larger than life posturings of Nigerians, all meant to show off and tell the whole world they have arrived; neighbourhood policing with bobbies in twos on the beat 24/7 patrolling all streets on foot, bicycles, motor bikes, horses, donkeys, police patrol vehicles, stop and search on streets including all the nooks and crannies of the nation, pulling vehicles/cars of the exotic types and all other kinds of cars/vehicles randomly off the road to search the drivers and all inside such vehicles; random searches; going to streets/villages/clans/cities/suburbs/palaces/borders/shanties/bashas - such as Ajegunle, Agege, Orile, Apapa, Ijora Badia, Idi Araba, Ipodo, Anifowoshe, Allen Avenue, Agidingbi, Onigbongbo, all in Ikeja, Lagos Mile 2, Onitsha, Benin, Asaba, Warri, Sapele, Sabon Gari/BALAT HUGHES in Kano; swampy - dilapidated areas, where very expensive cars are parked; railway lines/tracks, pipeline areas, forests, Apapa Wharf, campuses, barracks, markets, hotels, motels, under bridges, broken down vehicles, uncompleted buildings, 24/7 patrol in and around canals, very isolated residences, hospitals, cattle markets, churches, mosques, brothels, campuses, 24/7 highways and city wide patrols, official quarters of elected officers, secretariats, stadia, big crowd environs/events, night and day parties, weddings, crusades, religious events, palaces of clan heads in and around the country asking questions, where very expensive modern conveniences can be found, but going by common sense, the income group in such areas are not likely to be able to save in their life times to afford such conveniences, regular random searches (RRS) of very high population density areas, mammy markets, joints, bukas, beer palours, garages/motor parks, hostels, national parks, forest reserves, etc, etc.

Creative, strategic and effective policing (CRESEP) is all about using common sense, instead of the KANGAROO (APPROACH) POLICING/FIGHTING OF BOKO HARAM/KIDNAPPERS of jumping about, always reacting and not pre-empting/intercepting/preventing, after all, all terrorists/armed robbers/kidnappers don't live on trees, nor do they live on Mars and come down to earth to operate.

Arase and his team must go unannounced to hotels, brothels, motels, restaurants on regular night raids between midnight-5 a.m. on nightly basis and see the results. It is the police who should be putting pressures on criminals/Boko Haram and not the other way round. Anyone who dressed very loudly, ostentatiously/extravagantly must be pulled aside and be asked questions about what they do for a living and how they came about such rubbish. THE POLICE AND OTHER SECURITY AGENCIES MUST MAINTAIN VISUAL PRESENCE, VISUAL DETERRENCE AT ALL TIMES IN ALL THE NOOKS AND CRANNIES OF THE NATION - 24/7.

The police in Nigeria and other security agencies MUST be PROACTIVE AND NOT ALWAYS REACTIVE. Go on impromptu and regular raids - night and day, not at the pleasure of a senior police officer who is broke and wants to make fast buck, but all exercises and operations must be based on intelligence or where, in the reckoning of a senior security/police officer, a ramdom check is needed to pre-empt any likely acts of criminality.

However, in the case of the North East, I should recommend regular day and night raids/operations which MUST always be IMPROMPTU to take terrorists, their informants and accomplices unawares - such exercise/s should also aim at seizing weapons from terrorists or individuals who are not licenced to carry weapons in accordance with the laws of the nation.

Plain clothed police/security agents must be abreast of all flash point areas in the country, which many, many years ago, I had said a list of such red zones be compiled for regular operational purposes. Meanwhile, police/security agents should keep an eye on the regular hot zones ABUJA, KANO, KADUNA, BAUCHI, the three VOLCANIC STATES of the North East - BORNO, ADAMAWA AND YOBE (BAY), additionally, Lagos, Benue and Plateau States - the Southern borders both in the South South and South West must be places of great interest just as Nigeria-Chad, Nigeria-Niger, Nigeria-Cameroon borders in the North.
All of the nation's airports remain very, very, very vulnerable. Extra vigilance is required at all of the airports in Nigeria.

Plain clothed police alongside under cover reporters should go from office to office pretending to be business people and they will be able to gauge the very rot of the Nigerian system which has brought the nation international shame. All transactions during such regular OPERATIONS must be done giving marked notes - and once the transaction is complete with payments made, arrests should be made immediately, followed with prosecutions to serve as a deterrent to other Nigerians involved in bribery and corruption.

Senior police officers should think of a regular operations on the highways throughout the country to arrest police mounting illegal road blocks just to collect money from hapless Nigerians. During such operations, commercial buses should be used and all members of the operations should be in mufti to look as if they are true passengers in order to effect arrest, prosecution and subsequent dismissal from service.

ABC OF POLICING A MULTICULTURAL NIGERIA

The best method of policing a multicultural state like Nigeria is POLICE-PEOLE POLICING (P3) and not POLICE-POLICING (P2).
All Nigerians must wake up, help our police and make their jobs easier for them by joining hands to report all suspicious and criminal activities in and around Nigeria, for the police of every nation are that nation's pride and our police should therefore, aim at becoming THE PRIDE OF THE NATION!

COLO EDUCATION does not imbue the receiver/recipient with a sense of planning, plan of action, action plan; alternative possiblities - if plan "A" did not work, can we think of alternative plans: B, C, D, E, F - Z? And when faced with a serious security threat as the nation is now in Boko Haram, kidnappings, armed robberies, do you do something locally or internally, or keep globe-trotting as 'King Rehoboam' has been doing since coming to office on May 29th, 2015, when it has been ascertained that over 60% of small arms in the South East of Nigeria alone are produced in that zone of the country. And did the nation not miss a great opportunity in OGBUNIGWE and in one of its pioneers, Professor Gordian Ezekwe whom I worked closely with in my capacity as EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, Foundry Association of Nigeria?

THE THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY AND THE EX-SERVICE PERSONS (ESPs)

A major problem of Nigeria is absence of deep thinking, creativity and strategic thinking.
Currently as I look from MY OSERVATORY, beaming my searchlight and binoculars on Nigeria, I can see a pool of great resources, talents and better trained, more dedicated and patriotic ex-service personnel in all of the nation's armed forces and the police, well, able, strong kakaraka, but are wasting having retired from active military services and the police, amongst these are even those on the reserve list, still strong and very able and cappable, who can in a SUSTAINED 12-HOUR OPERATION (S12-HO) root out Boko Haram. As a former barracks boy, I can testify to first, the patriotism of these ex-service personnel and their combat-readiness not only to put themselves in the line of fire, but to hurl themselves against any inter-continental ballistic missiles let out by miscalculating enemies - these are the GOOD SOLDIERS -

The people you have fighting Boko Haram are DISCO SOLDIERS AND BRUKUTU POLICE!
To this end, let the bugle go forth to summon all ex-military personnel and the police to the battle field at BAY (Borno, Adamawa and Yobe) to help root out Boko Haram. It is to be suggested here in addition that the ex-service personnel including the police should also, be involved in NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICING - the military and police authorities must immediately embark on consultations with the Nigerian Legion and the association of retired police officers and men with the aim of involving them in active security manning/guarding/patrolling of our streets.

At neighbourhood level, the landlords association of every community/local government area in Nigeria, including hotels, brothels, motels owners and their relevant association/s must be involved in neighbourhood policing, after all, all criminals - Boko Haram, kidnappers, armed robbers and members of the serious/organised crimes don't live on tress.

A landlord who harbours or rents their house to criminal elements should pay a fine of N500, 000 in addition to a two-year jail term; and a crime incident that took place within the jurisdiction of a DPO, such a DPO must write incident report to the Police Commissioner, and thereafter be sacked without entitlements; all officers and men within a policing zone/command (PZ/PC), where incidences of kidnapping, armed robbery, drugs and other serious crimes are committed MUST all be held accountable, with each officer and man in that zone losing their one-month salary each; crime targets must be set for officers and men, and a NATIONAL DAILY CRIME DATA (NDCD) must be created henceforth, and every officer and man MUST write incident reports, with each owning a 'black book' in which to record crimes/statements to be transferred later onto the NDCD, which can be accessed by all the police formations including LOUIS EDT HOUSE - an executive summary of crimes recorded daily as entered on the NDCD must be written for the IGP on daily basis.

And every Council Area must have Crime Commissioner answerable to the Commissioner of Police, so also, every constituency must henceforth, have a Constituency Crime Supritendent (CCS) answerable to the Crime Commissioner and must liaise with the Crime Commissioner on daily basis with a summary of incident reports in his constituency for that day.

The Crime Commissioner so appointed for the 774 Local Government Areas must write a weekly incident report to be submitted to the Commissioner of Police whose office MUST do EXECUTIVE SUMMARY to be submitted to the Inspector General of Police on weekly basis in addition to the monthly incident reports from each local government area/zone/command.

BROADENING THE SCOPE OF STRATEGIC AND EFFECTIVE POLICING IN NIGERIA

Henceforth, there must be a weekly/monthly meeting of DPOs and Landlords to be known and called DPOs/LANDLORDS SECURITY MEETING/DIALOGUE
Tenants moving houses MUST get a reference from their former landlords - four copies in all, to be submitted to their new and prospective landlords, DPOs, Landlord associations, the Baales/Obas/kings/community leaders of that policing zone (PZ)testifying to their good behaviour and attesting to the fact that they are are indeed, good citizens and not criminals. More, the person/tenant must swear to an affidavit and copies must be submitted to all the above persons.

BRIEF HISTORY OF PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI'S THE PASTORAL RESOLVE

The findings of this writer's investigations on the Northern Nigeria ecology including the plight of the Bororos (the disappearance of grazing lands/routes; education of the nomads' children, citizenship - the nomads as the forgotten people of the savanna, belonging to no local government council, whatsoever in the Nigerian Federation; effects of desertification on the ecology of the Northern States of Nigeria; traditional agriculture in the Northern States of Nigeria; effects of mega dams such as Tiga and Challawa Gorge and massive irrigation projects on the ecosystem including economic activities and social life of the people of Northern Nigeria; mechanised farms owned by Generals; traditional rulers and other VIPs of Northern Nigerian extraction, the overall consequences of the General Yakubu Gowon's very stupid policy of greening the North in order to place it above the South agriculturally; desiccation of the river systems, lasting three months in and around the Northern States of Nigeria and costing N70, 000.00 at the time, led to the formation of THE PASTORAL RESOLVE (PARE) by his former boss and great mentor, MR ROMEO V. BARBEROPOULOS, founder of Nigerian Foundries Limited and one of the trustees of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF), who co-opted the then retired Major-General Muhammadu Buhari to head PARE, in addition to his inviting such eminent Nigerians like Ahmed Joda, Jibril Aminu, Dr (Mrs) Mary Lar, Alhaji Abubakar Alhaji (his bosom friend), amongst other eminent Nigerians of Northern Nigeria extraction to serve on the Board of Trustees of PARE.

The said investigation which provoked international outcry, led to the stoppage of a mega dam project, the Kafi Zaki Dam, which was then being handled by the German construction company in Nigeria, Julius Berger; forced an emergency Council meeting of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF), consequently, the NCF led a delegation to the then Head of State, General Sani Abacha, who took up the matter with the German Government, leading to the stoppage of the KAFIN ZAKI MEGA DAM PROJECT, which the findings of this writer projected that over 500, 000 people would be displaced, if the projected were to go on, and if the dams were to burst, as other mega dams had in the past, resulting in hundreds of loss of lives and livestock, but concealed by the Governments of the day, millions of lives and livestock would be swept away/wiped off, in addition to the incalculable disruptions the mega dam project would cause the environment, heightening of desertification in the whole of Northern Nigeria, disruption of agricultural activities, which would adversely affect local farmers, including livestock farming, which would further worsen the already deplorable condition of the pastoralists, amongst many other untold consequences!

This writer was the Southern Coordinator and Public Affairs Manager of THE PASTORAL RESOLVE, then headed by retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari, now President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In these capacities, combining it with his other job as Executive Secretary, Foundry Association of Nigeria, he successfully created and developed relationships with diverse publics and cultures including the media, governments, public servants, members of the diplomatic corps and the pastoral community; successfully designed literature for the pastoralists and developed campaign strategies and wrote letterss for fund raising and designed and managed radio and television advertising campaigns, amongst many others all aimed at enabling the pastoralists settle down to economic pastoralism in order to end the incessant and bloody clashes between the herdsmen and farmers which often ended in avoidable deaths, rape, destruction of crops of the hapless Nigerian farmers.

But 24 years later since this writer has been monitoring, investigating and reporting the enviroment of the Northern States of Nigeria, drawing the attention of the nation and international community to the fact that Northern Nigeria indeed, sits on HYDROLOGICAL EDGE, some of his findings had not only been largely ignored by the powers that be for always daring to step on their toes, and labelling the writer a supra rebel for his otherwise EMBARRASSING TRUTH, and what is worse, all the embarrassing truth and ugliness as contained in all of his special reports about Northern Nigeria have not abated in the least in the 24 years his investigations in that region of Nigeria have lasted, but worsened, with the recent kidnapping of Mr Olu Falae, who as a former Finance Minister had all the time and opportunity in the world to move the pastoralists from subsistence pastoralism to ECONOMIC PASTORALISM, but failed WOEFULLY to so do!

NORTHERN NIGERIA STILL SITS ON A HYDROLOGICAL EDGE

Today, after twenty four years of bringing the problems of Nothern Nigeria to global attention, I am upping my SOS on behalf of the region, as I have continued to do in the last 24 years that the NORTH STILL SITS ON A HYDROLOGICAL EDGE and in the coming years, there shall be more implosions of unimaginable proportions that will engulf institutions and individuals! He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

MOST OF THE ORIGINAL HERDSMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES HAVE SUNG THEIR SYMPHONY FAREWELL FOR NIGERIA MANY, MANY YEARS AGO!

As a matter of fact, my investigations spanning 24 years revealed that most of the heardsmen and their immediate households had migrated to Cameroon, Uganda and Central African Republic, so if truth must be told, as I have continued to tell the nation and its police and other security agencies, most of the herdsmen in Nigeria had migrated to Cameroon, Uganda and Central African Republic, where conditions for grazing are enabling! So what Nigeria has been dealing with in the name of "herdsmen" and "unknown uniform men" in and around the country are jihadists and hired mercenaries from far off Syria, Sudanese Janjaweed, Libya, etc. And in just a matter of time, the jihadists from CAR will soon arrive in Nigeria, just as the ones in ECOWAS are already in town! Their financiers are from the place of the rising sun and rich locals, who collect money therefrom, most of whom have become stupendously wealthy through acting as MIDDLE PEOPLE!

Just where were their Graces W.F. Kumuyi, Enoch Adejare Adeboye, Hassan Kukah and Olubunmi Okogie when salaries were not being paid to Nigerian workers? Kumuyi saidrecently that Lagos had been taken over by evil/criminals, but whispering into the ears of the man of God, I'd like to ask him, how many skills academies has Deeper across Nigeria and all over Africa and the world - also how many hospitals, schools, how many are on the Church's Scholarship Scheme, which bank has Deeper gone into partnership with to offer loans to kick-start what I' d like to call THE NATIONAL UP-START BUSINESS SCHEME, etc, etc?
Just how have the Church of Jesus Christ in Nigeria and the Mosque responded to the global economic recession which began in 2008 to alleviate the suffering of our people and taken Nigerians out of poverty - or they have responded to the recession by way of their private jets, obscene lifestyles, wealth, the building of private universities which come with unaffordable fees, HOLY GHOST CONFERENCES ABROAD for pounds and dollars, sending their children to expensives schools abroad, planing to build the tallest buildings in the world, receiving from their God the revelation to build one million kilometre-long Cathedral, tithes and offerings, impoverishng of their gullible flocks through the collection of endless building funds, collecting pastors' offerings at every church gathering, over celebration of anniversaries, where they give out exotic cars to celebrities, crooks, drug peddlers, political officials who of course, are their major donors at their CATHEDRAL OF OFFENCE, giving awards to political officials and money bags, through marketing-orientated PROSPERITY GOSPEL, endless crusades/Holy Ghost nights, blocking economic routes, thereby halting economic activities, turning their so-called TOURIST/MIRACLE CENTRES to MECCA aimed at extorting money from the unwary, etc, etc?
Also, when salaries were not being paid to Nigerian workers, where was His Royal Highness the Sultan of Sokoto Abubakar Sa'ad III or his eminence wants to be reminded SILENCE IS ACQUIESCENCE?

And where too were their Excellencies: Generals Yakubu Gowon, Olusegun Obasanjo, Muhammadu Buhari, Ibrahim Gbadamosi, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Alhaji Shehu Aliu Shagari, Ernest Sodeinde Shonekan, all fathers of the nation, but who have been behaving like timid rabbits, who for fear are unable to whisper into the ears of all those who preside over the affairs of state at this time?

And regarding this purposeless wickedness of non-payment of salaries, will the good people of Nigeria join with me and proclaim to the roof top and with our collective voice ringing across the vista of time? NEVER AGAIN!
