MUHAMMADU BUHARI: THE ABANDONMENT OF GOVERNANCE
In this stateless/countryless arrangement and in a situation of zero governance as is currently the case in Nigeria, anarchy does not only persist and permeate every fiber of society, there is equally an absence of national morality; national standards; national measurement; national integration; national cohesion, with everybody speaking in ‘tongues’ and none understanding the other; absence of national philosophy; national vision, national goal; national dream; national mission (national mission statement); national purpose; national aspirations; national sensitivity; national commonsense; no commonality; absence of godliness or the God’s methods as God is usually displaced and money becomes the NEW GOD.
This explains why the likes of Abuja crooks and robbers and such other worms and vultures in palaces, in the presidency, churches and mosques and others of their ilk that abound in that refugee camp for the nationally displaced persons (NDPs) called NIGERIA, having amassed wealth for which they did not sweat, and could not account become the people’s gods and goddesses, and their obscene mansions and castles on mountain tops, hills, by the rivers, sea sides and other idyllic settings, the new temples of worship and the new cathedrals of hope!
In modern day Nigeria and continental Africa, these also, are the NEW JERUSALEM AND THE NEW MECCA, with greedy, obsequious and wannabe national crooks, thieves, rogues and robbers thronging these vanity fairs on the hills, mountains and by the rivers for one form of the so-called consultation or another or courtesy visits to receive ‘blessings’ from their mentor-veteran pen robbers, worms and vultures, otherwise erroneously referred to by the press in Nigeria as ELDER STATESMEN. Mark that phrase: “the press in Nigeria” and NOT the Nigerian Press!
ABANDONMENT OF GOVERNANCE AND THE EMERGENCE OF *PARALLEL GOVERNMENTS IN NIGERIA
Muhammadu Buhari’s current Government is the weakest ever in Nigeria, hence BLACK MARKET GOVERNMENTS, SECRET GOVERNMENTS, COMPETING GOVERNMENTS, CULTIC GOVERNMENTS, HELP-YOURSELF-GOVERNMENTS, SELF-HELP GOVERNMENTS, JUNGLE GOVERNMENTS, INDEGENOUS GOVERNMENTS, MILITIA GOVERNMENTS, ETHNIC MILITIA GOVERNMENTS, MILITARY GOVERNMENT OR PARALLEL GOVERNMENTS have sprung up alongside it, competing very fiercely with the constitutionally elected Government (the Presidency) for the now over-crowded spaces - physical, conventional media and FANTANCY MEDIA ( what the world erroneously refer to as SOCIAL MEDIA) spaces.
If you want to know why anarchy currently reigns supreme in Nigeria, go no further, because when a man is weak, even egboda (a weakling in Yala) will enter his bed room, push him off his wife, then climbs on top of his wife and asks him to watch him, ‘servicing’ his wife.
It is now common knowledge that whenever Mallam Muhammadu Buhari holds sway at our national arena, he is usually brushed aside by more powerful and more intelligent people – Major-General Tunde Idiagbon displaced him during his FIRST MISSIONARY JOURNEY TO THE NATION’S STATE HOUSE between 31 December 1983 – 27 August 1985 and whilst at the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), he was brushed aside by mere hangers-on, whom he had appointed as PTF’s Management consultants, with the ring leader of that identity nepotists being SALIHIJO AHMAD, then Managing Director of the dodgy company, Afri-Project Consortium, who died in suspicious circumstances on July 5, 1999, and now by the quartet of Abba Kyari, Mallam Lawal Daura, Abubakar Malami, the dodgy Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, and the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’adu Abubakar III, and the other side line ‘Presidents’ such as the Defence and Security Chiefs and by the tribal and local presidents/warriors of the various ethnic associations and ethnic militias who are a law unto themselves.
