Apart from the fact that that so-called quit notice issued by the Hausa and Fulani's  drunken mobs was the highest hight of delusion of grandeur, crass irresponsibility, stupendous ignorance and total naivety, it was in fact, to the obsequious Omo Odo (servant) at Gida Usumanu Dan Fodiye, Oluleke Osinabjo and to his kins persons, the Yoruba ethnic nationality, first and foremost, then by extension, to the Southerners generally, who are resident in the desertification-ravaged and poverty-ridden/stricken North and it was predicated on the fact that if Muhammadu Buhari was unable to make it back to life from his sick bed in far away London, constitutional processes and procedures would be sidelined/ignored and then the Hausa and Fulani people who are bent on completing their so-called turn, had already prepared Mind-Altering Drugs Solution to give to their obssesive-compulsive killing squad, just like their ancestors to forment trouble and crisis of immense proportion, far worse that those of 1966 to prepare grounds for a military takeover, the military who of course, would be their errand khaki boys, paid by the toiling masses of Nigeria.

But permutating very erroneously that MB is back to full and normal health, they foolishly and delusionally hurried to the village square to showcase yet again to the world their stupendous, pathological and conginital folly and ignorance and their very little minds to announce their so-called 'magnanimous' withdrawal of the so-called quit notice, which in their reckoning is a political ploy intended as a PR for Jihadi Buhari to present him to the nation and the world as a man with a large heart who upon return, begged these parasitic elders and their predatory scavengers to forgive Ndigbo, hence the 'act of mercy' for the Easterners. But they have forgotten to realize the fact the the right to live and do business in any part of the country does not flow from any Nigerian/group of Nigerians or any Head of State/President, but from the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and by Nigerians' Nigerianness!

Muhammadu Buhari is just a citizen like any other citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and does not enjoy greater rights than any other Nigerian, and he does not have the power and authority to command or decide where any of his fellow compatriots should domicile or not, within the Nigerian Federation. What is more, in an ideal environment, a Buhari in his home town of Daura, yet does not command/enjoy any special constitutional status than another Nigerian, who chose to domicile in Daura, but whose natural birth place is Yala.

The so-called "Son of the Soil" status and indigene or non-indigene rubbish are a Nigerian mentality which exposes their abysmal ignorance of what a country or a nation state or a Federation actually is. The operating word in a nation state ought to be "citizenship" and  should apply to every Nigerian in every nook and cranny of Nigeria. The "son of the soil" syndrome or indigene/non-indigene or "native" ought not to have a place in a federated union as all these nonsensical phrases/words, bigotry and tribalism had been replaced by citizenship.

Therefore, citizenship of a country is not as a man obtaining grace for citizenship of eternity, nor is it as a peson receiving pardon and granted amnesty by a Head of State or a President of a country, nor is it an act of mercy, pity, nor compassion, but by the  constitution of a state. So also, it is not an amnesty, but a birth and natural right or by naturalization or by registration or honoury and as derived from the constitution of a country and not a command of a President or at his pleasure, hence Chapter III of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 states very succinctly:
Citizenship
        25. (1) The following persons are citizens of Nigeria by birth-namely-
                    (a) every person born in Nigeria before the date of independence, either of whose parents or any of whose grandparents belongs or belonged to a community indigenous to Nigeria;
                    Provided that a person shall not become a citizen of Nigeria by virtue of this section if neither of his parents nor any of his grandparents was born in Nigeria.
                    (b) every person born in Nigeria after the date of independence either of whose parents or any of whose grandparents is a citizen of Nigeria; and
                    (c) every person born outside Nigeria either of whose parents is a citizen of Nigeria.

Besides, it looks to me their tse-tse flies-infected brains which naturally are incapable of storing the English alphabets beyond A, B and C, having suddenly been illuminated by transcient wisdom have implanted a modicum of reason plus wisdom in their wooden and very damaged minds that a serious second attempt by Ndigbo to break away from Nigeria will mark the end of Nigeria as a politico-geographical entity and spells doom for all persons of African ancestry and the entire world, more than the Syrian war is now posing to the rest of the world by way of mass exodus of Syrians to Western nations and elsewhere.

The only way I could get my head round the rubbish is that in issuing the stupid notice, the the quota system miscreants were guided by sharia as they and their equally foolish, morally bankrupt, blood-thisty and senile jihadi elder-backers have no respect for the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Whilst in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria the ties attempts to bind, in sharia it does not bind at all. No wonder the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was set aside to enable the quit notice under the sharia legal code because in Islam/sharia, brotherhood is between a muslim and a muslim and not a muslim and a kafir - those they regard as unbelievers, christians, Jews and pagans, especially. But what is the place of love in Islam, past and present? Again, I ask, what really is the place of love in Islam? Does love have a place at all in Islam?

Had the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria been followed and respected, it would in the first place not have been possible for fellow citizens of the same country to issue another a quit notice, threatening them to evacuate/leave their place/s of domicile/abode in the same country under ONE constitution to another part of the same country, for it seems to me under the sharia legal system, those who rule are the landlords/masters/lords/bourgeoise/senators/masters/believers/first class citizens, and the ruled are the tenants/slaves/kafirs//plebians/serves/second class citizens/proletariats, hence the issuers of the evil notice on issuing that notice had at the back of their minds that they are indeed, the landlords as in actuality, it is their ethnic nationality that is ruling Nigeria currently, and all over the areas they delusionally consider as their or part of their caliphate - the sharia states are being ruled by their own fifle - the Hausa and Fulani muslim brethren, and having considered these parts as their natural places of abode under the sharia legal code, they risk no treasonable felony in issuing the notice!
THE DANGER OF HAVING TWO DIFFERENT SETS OF LAW IN A NATION STATE
Herein lies the danger of a political state having two sets of laws as had been allowed by the loquacious/pharisaical/ hypocritical and self-righteous Matthew Olu Obasanjo, whose pen and ink bottles were running riot under Goodluck Ebele Jonathan from a minority ethnic nationality in Nigeria and who is of the civilian constituency.

An Obsanjo has learnt to hide his pen and ink bottles simply because Buhari is from a majority ethnic nationality in Nigeria and of the military constiuency, moreso, a frontline member of the club of the Generals. Whereas it was easy for an Obasanjo to overrun Odi and Zaki Biam, (home town of a fellow General Victor Malu, a minority), two ethnic minority communities in minority geo-political zones of Nigeria, but Obasanjo now talking all over the place chickened out during the introduction of the House of Saud-sponsored sharia as begun/introduced on 27th January, 2000 by Sani Zamfara (Ahmed Rufai Sani Yerima), and whilst Boko Haram was just a fledgling miscreant organization, and lost his voice whilst the 4th most most dangerous and deadly  terrorist organization, the Bororo pastoralists, but he and his ill-informed ilk, whose mirrors always do reflect other people, especially those of the minority ethnic groups, and other bloody civilians and not themselves are today blaming Ebele Jonathan, who was a mere boy when Obasanjo, in order to keep his military and civilian jobs was helping the caliphate delusionists to balkanise the Nigerian federation, acting as their tamed rabbit and a willing tool and agent simultaneously. Even up till now, Matio Olu Obasanjo yet does not see anything wrong in, and with Nigeria, because any recalibration to reflect fairness and balance, he and his ilk reckon would rock the boat of the 'owners' of Nigeria, amongst whom he is one, and a frontline member of the Nigerian ruling mafia - the very gang troubling Nigeria, whose children are all  multi-billionaires, having been 'settled', pushed up the ladder through the instrumentality of privilegism or hereditary privilege with they themselves swimming in obscene wealth for which they did not work, and for which none of them can account.

I mean all of them from Muhammadu Buhari, deceiving the world he is fighting corruption, when in fact, he is presiding over the MOST rotten, corrupt, most unaccountable, most wicked and purposeless Government on the planet earth with a zero morality and integrity; Olusegun Obasanjo, and his political egrets across Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, Ibrahim Babangida and his cronies across the Nigerian state, Aliko Dangote, a mere trustee/custodian of ill-gotten consolidated wealth, Jimoh Ibrahim, T.Y Danjuma, Mike Adenuga, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Bukola saraki, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Orji Kalu, together with all the other crooks, thieves rogues pen and contract robbers, too numerous for me to waste my time to name them one by one here in this article.

Lest I forget, the other reason Obasanjo has developed cold feet or not speaking or writing his usual letter under Muhammadu Buhari is that any fim, Buhari will return him to prison and throw the key into the Lagoon from far away Abuja.

THE BUHARI DOCTRINE AND THE QUIT NOTICE ARE PART OF THE HAUSA AND THE FULANI PEOPLE'S HIDDEN AGENDA ON HOW TO ADVANTAGE THEMSELVES OVER OTHER NIGERIANS, ISLAMISE THEM AND SUBSEQUENTLY INTRODUCE SHARIA

At the risk of repeating myself here, having written very copiously on these many decades ago and still do, the Buharian Doctrine of 97/5% encapsulates the overall agenda of the Hausa and Fulani people regarding their intention as to what they want to do with our Nigeria and their utter disdain for other Nigerians, whom they generally regard as kafirs and abeeds, for as far as they are concerned, their relationship with the rest of Nigerians is as above: masters/servants/colonizers/the colonised/the rulers and the  ruled; masters/slaves; beliervers/unbelievers; faithful/kafirs. The doctrine of Buhari is the golden rule in reverse, the ten Commanded re-written, re-interpreted; and it is jihad by some other name. And there are two ways to render his 97/5 Formula:
⦁    Treat others as you would not like to be treated;
⦁    Do not treat your neighbour as yourself.

On these rest their own jihad and the global jihad! And arguably, this to my mind, is the whole essence of jihad, past and present, and the Muhammadu Buhari APC-led Government, having come to power without a blueprint, action plan or plan of action had resorted to using the Boko Haram-ISIS-Alqaeda-Alqaeda in the Maghreb-Ansaru-Al-Shabaab-Janjaweed-Hezbollah-Wahabis/Salafism Doctrine (blueprint) in the governance of Nigeria - and all the evils that have befallen Nigeria under King Rehoboam of Daura unarguably attest to this assertion.

The APC Government is a very wicked Government and it carries death in its talon. That purposeless malignity is such that whenever jihadi Buhari is in town, death roams very freely, knocking at the household of every Christian in Nigeria, especially every Christian Southerner, and relative peace does return to every Nigerian household whenever he jets out!

Muhammadu Buhari is an evil man, a blood-thirsty tyrannical vampire, very vile and fiendish and brutish in every sense of the word, presiding over a very evil Government, wasting precious national space, even though a tribal ruler. And the greatest truism about Nigeria right now is, everybody, including the non-war General Tukur Buratai, who has constituted himself into an alternative government in waiting is ruling and lamentably, nobody is in charge! The The Presidency's Caliphate in Abuja as presided over by the idiotic cabals is one driven by by the opinions of the so-called Northern elders. especially the Hausas and the Fulanis, the Sultan of Sokoto, Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), the Hausa and Fulani elites, the so-called Northern Youth, who mostly are of Hausa and Fulani extraction, the inputs from the House of Saud in the far off Middle East, including of course, the muslim majority nations, and under him the ship of State is being tossed forth, backward and side ways by the elements, whilst every street in Nigeria is littered with blood, with Nigerians like Rachel of Ramah crying because their children, relatives and friends are no more.
There are three things Muhammadu Buhari's fish brain can contain, viz:

Ultra-conservative and finedishly radical islamism as aligned to the far off East;
Daura;
Hausa and Fulani ethnic nationalities;
Try adding a 4th, NIGERIA, and he sure will be rushed back to London for the so-called medical vaction. These are the things that rule his world view!

WHY NO ONE IS IN CHARGE

I have alway said were Muhammadu Buhari from a minority ethnic group in Nigeria, he would not have made it to the so-called Nigeria army becuase of his very low intellectuall capacity, having one of the lowest IQs, the world has ever witnessed - rather having made it to the army, were he from a minirity ethnic group in Nigeria, he sure would not have made it past a private in the army fit only as a shoe shiner to a superior officer. But because of his ethnic nationality, he was pushed and pushed from the nearby palace in Daura to the Northern Defence Academy, erroneously referred to as the Nigerian Defence Academy, which I have been advocating nearly three decades now that it be decentralised, just like the decentralization of the Law School, such that we can have one in th North and one in the South or having it in all of the current six regions of Nigeria, and in the new regions that will latter be created, amongst which will be THE MIDDLE BELT AUTONOMOUS REGION OF NIGERIA (MBARoN); also, because of his place of birth, Muhammadu Buhari enjoyed a jolly ride to the top whilst his tryrannical, dictatorial and ignominious military career lasted, culminating in his becoming a Head of State after a military coup, he hurriedly mastermined, but which he has continued to deny till date, following the re-opening of the case regarding the missing $2.8 billion dollars by the elder Senator Olusola Saraki, father of the current Senate Pressedent in that roguery assembly, erroneously referred to as the National Assembly, including Buhari disobedient to President Shehu Shagari over the Chadian-Nigerian imbroglio, and his grievance, envy/jealousy over the very high visibility of Inspector General Sunday Adewusi and his boys, especially the then Kill and Go, which the top military hierarchy at the time reckoned were taking all the shine from them, making they who actually were in the line of fire during the 30-month civil war; not only sidelined, but thourouly irrelevant, especially in peace time, hence the then Major-General Muhammadu Buhari on ascending the 'throne' of his ancestors as a military Head of State and Commander of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on December 31st, 1983, after he and his gang had toppled gentle Aliyu and his team, wedged a very bitter and ferrorious war against, for the purpose of this article, the Nigeria Police ( as do not believe there is such an organisation/institution that merits such a name, hence I often refer to them as the Police in Nigeria, the Army in Nigeria, the Air Force in Nigeria and the Navy in Nigeria), beheaded the Police Force and rendered it thoroughly uses by starving it of fund and the needed equpment, and need I remind Nigerians that that battle against the Police in Nigeria again, began as soon as Buhari had been sworn in on the 29th of May 2015 as President after three attempts and that battle against the Police in Nigeria in this his second coming is such that the Nigeria police again has been rendered thorougly useless, very, very irrelevant such that the military has not only taken over the the constitutional funce of the police, but policing now in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual Nigeria is at zero level - right from Obasanjo's time I had always protested against the military taking over the statutory functions of the police as in fighting terror, which has continued till date, the military are only to play supporting role in the fight against terrorism, deployment of the military to the polling stations, which not only Buhari is guilty of, the recent jihadi mission of the military in Afaraukwu in the guise of the python going to Isiama to dance with eneke-nti-oba, whom it said had thrown a public challenge which it must seized.

As a former barracks boy, I can confirm that the military from the ranks to the topmost, generally has no iota of regard for the police as they see them as "mere women in uniform." Any Nigerian out there doubting these facts just need to embark on a journey backward, beginning from the when and whenever the military/former military Generals had been in power, and should compare the fate of the police in every of the military epoch to the time of weak Tafa and Shehu Shagari's eras, epecially under IGP Sunday Adewusi, an era, I consider as the greatest glory of policing in Nigeria. Whenever these military are in power, be it the military in khaki or the military in agbada, the police have always had their policing role relegted to the background and lamentably, pushed to the boys quarter of policing in Nigeria at at such times the police would become frustrated, confused, developed inferiority complex, lacking personality and self esteem - they are deliberately starved of funds and equipment, and there is a subtle divide and rule adopted by such military Governments, with the focus now on the military and the State Security Service - all these account for the bad blood between them and the police which openly manifest in constant frictions/clashes between them and the favoured military, but the maim victims are the Nigerian public, whom the police usually transfer their aggressions onto, with many losing their lives in such a very messy and chaotic situation as the cilivilians, most of the time get caught in the crossfire! And at the other end of the spectrum are the bloody sharia police, the Hisbah which have taken over the job of policing in sharia states. The Hausa and Fulanis have the constitutional armed forces and the police in addition to having Hisbah, Boko Haram and the jihadi pastoralists in herders clothing, whereas timid Southerners and their Governors are talking turonci, debating the reasonableness or otherwise of having state police, which to me is sine qua non, plus having Local Government and City or Municipality Police!
Muhammadu Buhari, generally is full of disdain for the police as he has always seem them as an accomplices in all of his woes at various times in his military and political careers, hence he never trusts them, never relies on them, never depends on them, he never uses them - as a civilian President, I had protested again and again that he ought not to have a military as his oderly, but a police, the police are to be around him and not the police as to the best of my knowlege, the Nigeria is not at war with anybody, General 'Jacob', the supplanter should be invited by the management of the apex legislative assembly of the nation, and be chided for usurping the role of the police, and thereaafter he should be given free copies of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to be distributed to his his men and women, this include other military chiefs too - and in criminal matters, it is the responsibility of the police to handle these and not the military. This therefore, is my cry to fellow Nigerians: SAVE OUR POLICE! PLEASE SAVE OUR POLICE FROM THE MILITARY! OH, SAVE OUR POLICE!

At a time when Nigerian is grappling with a state of zero governance couples with having the most inept, most ill-equipped tribal jihadi despot such as Muhammadu Buhari and multitude of burning national issues seeking attention, Nigrian newsroom political egrets, I mean your journalists, with eyes on Media Assistant jobs to their Exrubbishly, regaling in their dumbing down of the noble ministry of journalism are unashamedly and embarrassingly too, devoting pages upon pages to the fake accents of Been-to political officials, such as the Iya Alata and a graduate of a junkyard university here in the United Kingdom, Kemi Adeosun, who courtesy of hereditary privilege as is often the case in Nigeria, has been entrusted with the overseeing of the largest economy in the whole of Africa, a girl no upstart business person will contract to do their annual account and the pedigree of another beneficiary of the the culture of hereditary privilege, Udo Udoma, whose father, the great Justice Udoma, a juridical custodian of unparelleled brilliance and integrity - once the Great Judge at a development fund raising ceremony organised by his kinsmen and women held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in which I was in attendance, the great and worthy servant of our then globally envied judiciary, gave N500 as his own contribution, perhaps, his own widow's mite, and his organisers kins people began protesting, with voices shouting here and there to return the that eye of ant to the Great Judge, that worthy servant of our much coveted judiciary gave his kins men and women, in what I'd like to call here a PENTAGONAL rsponse: I'M A CIVIL SERVANT." And with the greates of nolstagian, I would remember such great souls and keepers ant the gate of Lady Liberty Justices Chukwudifu Oputa, the Socrates of the then Nigerian Judiciary, Justice Adefarasin, music maestro and the all time rebel, Fela Anilapo Kuti, Gani Fawehinmi, legendary legal icon and the soldier ant in the armpit of all authorities, while he lived, the great Talaka defender and Priest, Mallam Aminu Kano, early Tai Solari, who later sold out, just to mention, but a few of Nigeria's former treasures. Wasn't Nigeria far, far better when they were alive?

I have told that boy, Nigeria's minister of Budget and Planning time and again to drop that name because it is too big for him, and more, he is not worthy of it. In fact, it is a sacrilege for that boy to be bearing thaat name. Last warning, does he want me to mobilize our people in Akwa Ibom to bare their fangs at him before he will drop that name?

Oi! Oi! Give me Lord the next Ghana Must Go! Shame! Shame! Again, a very big shame!

THE CIVIL SERVICE AND THE NIGERIAN AIRFORCE

Generals Murtala and Olusegun Obasanjo destroyed the civil service; Obanajo after the military coup of February 13, 1976 destroyed the Army by sacking very best the Nigerian nation could boast, not minding how much had been trained, Obasanjo did not oly throw away the baby with the bath wate, but threw away experience; Buhari too continued with the same pattern after he had taken over in 1983; Gneral Ibrahim Babangida took thatvery bad presidence to an abysmal level after all of the attempted and failed coups against him - the Nigerian Air Force Plane crash must be investigated as I have been advocated, because there was a very haigh level of suspicion round it, all the best the nation could boast of as her Air Force best were selfishly wasted, after the failed Gideon Orkhar coup, the destruction of the military and the Air Force was completed by IBB and the calculation was to take Olusegun Obasanjo/Sokoto Caliphate war against the Middle Best's finest in the Army to an extreme height, with the retirements and actaul killings of officers from the Belt. Also, did any Nigerian out there know how and why General Domkat Bali was kicked out of the Army by General Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babangida, even though he was the most serving General at the time and was in fact, IBB's senior and a gallant officer of the first rating?

I dare say, unarguably that the decimation of the military officers of Middle Belt. including the ranks by the Hausa and Fulani hegemony and Oligarchic class had done a lot of damage to the psyche of the people from the Belt politically since 1976 till date, forcing them to retreat to the background as mere followers and "willing tools", a role the jihadi Ahmadu Bello said was most fitted for them.

How about Victor Malu versus Olusegun Obasanjo, another agent of Gida Uthman Dan Fodio? I leave this to your imagination, but don't and never, ever forget the Zaki Biam exploit under Obasanjo, linking it with the stoppage of Uthman Dan Fodio and his band of terrorists who wanted to access the East through the Tivland together with the current fate of the Middle Belters in the hands of the jihadi pastoralists, with Muhammadu Buhari's Presidency and the Sultan of Sokoto turning a blind eye!
