Dear peoples and governments of the ECOWAS region, Greetings!
The Nigerian presidential election on February 16, 2019 is most likely to trigger the breakup of Nigeria; and that would lead to the destabilization of the ECOWAS region and possibly beyond.
The peoples and governments of ECOWAS need to act swiftly to protect themselves from all eventualities, including the worst case scenario.
This is the likely scenario if Buhari succeeds with his plans to rig:
Buhari is all set to rig himself into a second term, and then unleash his massive Fulani Jihadist genocide forces down to the coast to wipe out all the non-Fulani peoples and grab their lands. His imported Fulanis have been doing ethnic cleansing in the Middle Belt of Nigeria, and doing so with the collusion of the Buhari armed forces, until he suspended their mass killing and land grab operation because of the election. They have also been infiltrating communities in other parts of Nigeria. As soon as Buhari is sworn in for his second term on 29 May 2019, he will resume their operation and extend it towards the coast to complete the land grab project announced by the Fulani Nationality Movement (FUNAM) a year ago.
In January 2018, the Fulani Nationality Movement (FUNAM) MEDIA RELEASE declared:
- d) That we have asked all Fulani across West Africa to raise money and arms to prosecute the oncoming war. We call on all Fulanis to prepare for this Holy War. There is no going back. All over the world, Nigeria is the only country given to Fulani by God.
- f) . . . we have asked all Fulani herdmen all over West Africa to move to Nigeria and penetrate every corner for the upcoming Jihad. We have asked them to be armed since it seems it is the only language Nigeria understands. . . .

And in July 2018 the Buhari government showed its support for the FUNAM project by warning non-Fulani Nigerians to (“Give Up Your Ancestral Land For Ranches Or Die”[1] )
All the peoples in the South and Middle Belt of Nigeria would have to protect themselves by declaring the independence of their territories. These include the mooted Oodua republic of the Yoruba[2]; the Niger Delta republic of the Niger Delta peoples[3]; the Middle Belt republic, etc.
To minimize a destabilizing flood of tens of millions of refugees fleeing the Fulani Jihadist bloodbath in Nigeria into their countries, the ECOWAS governments would need to immediately recognize these breakaway republics and also get the USA, Russia, the EU and China to recognize them. When that happens, Buhari’s Fulani Jihadist genocide attacks on these territories would become acts of aggression across international boundaries, and the UN Security Council can intervene, under Article 7 of the UN Charter, to stop the attacks and the ethnic cleansing bloodbath.

Appendix: Buhari’s rigging system

I said above, in the main part of this Message, that “Buhari is all set to rig himself into a second term”
Here are three of the key devices in Buhari’s rigging system:
(1) The PVC card reader mechanism that is programmed to give false results by accepting fake Buhari cards in Buhari strongholds and rejecting genuine Atiku cards in Atiku strongholds,[4]
(2) The body bags threat to foreign election monitors[5] by the Gov. of Kaduna State, one of Buhari’s key Jihadist associates who threatened foreigners who interfere in Nigeria’s elections: “Those that are calling for anyone to come and intervene in Nigeria, we are waiting for the person that would come and intervene, they would go back in body bags.”; and
(3) The unconstitutional removal of the Chief Justice of Nigeria (a Christian) and his replacement with a Muslim--a former Shari’a Judge--who is expected to secure judgments favorable to Buhari when election petitions get to the Supreme Court. This has attracted a warning from a UN Human Rights expert.[6]
With such a system in place—and with the PVC readers especially--one shouldn’t be surprised if the Mahmood Yakuku-led Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declares Buhari the winner; and if the courts uphold INEC’s false results.
Confidence in this system is probably why, when political leaders from Nigeria’s six geo-political zones endorsed Atiku, Buhari’s Media Assistant, Femi Adesina tweeted: “NEF, PANDEF, Afenifere, others endorse Atiku. Let witches and wizards also endorse, if they like. The harder they come, the harder they fall. No beating the Nigerian people.”[7]
To sum up: In the procedures and aftermath of this 2019 presidential election,
there is a clear and present danger to non-Fulani Nigerians. And this danger is quite likely to spill over into, and destabilize, the rest of the ECOWAS region. As they say: forewarned is forearmed!
