...The Mai Kunu-Ngbati Alliance From 1817 Till The Present And The Scramble for Nigeria Under Bad Loser Muhammadu Buhari

(Part Two)

The Plot is on: Forces of neocolonialism thinking of the right time to reposition themselves at the heart of the Nigerian matters...despite its sovereignty as they lost out during the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's inglorious years, courtesy of GEJ's stupidly of adhering to the Africa-China Alliance spirit without putting on his thinking cap...Military Base/s, Strategic Defence, Gay rights...marriage amongst others. Oga Buhari na Times Influential Person now...more baits such as addressing Parliaments, Congress, UN, Nobel Prize nominations? Country people, make una just keep these in view, don't be in a hurry, just hold your peace bo...

More Dogs' and Baboons' Blood...? Forces of jihadism, Arabism, theocracy and neofeudalism - the very forces fueling religious crises in Africa since the 7th Century and in Nigeria, especially since Uthman Dan Fodio till the very present...BOKO HARAM and Others.

Already theatened of the hawks making a come back to displace them and repossess the soul of Nigeria: "Let's just scare away the hawks through spitting fires in profusion." Forces from the Asia Pacific promoting Orientalism and Taj Mahalism...Asia Minor too!

"Common guys, man up! Didn't we scare away the hawks from perching in Syria? We can do it in Nigeria too, but don't let us become faint-hearted." Forces from Eastern Europe in a tete a tete will promote sale of arms...and maybe Czarism...

Meanwhile, the Savanna cat turns round to chase away the mouse from the Cocoa District of the Rainforest having just helped him to repossess the throne. Gerrrrrout! This is THE HOUSE OF AREWA...THE HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO...Out of Bounds...Trespassers will be devoured on arrival...!

APC IS A POLITICAL ABIKU/OGBANJE...NORTHERN PEOPLE'S CONGRESS FOUNDED IN JUNE OF 1949 WHOSE LEADER WAS SIR AHMADU BELLO THE SARDAUNA OF SOKOTO AND PREMIER OF THE NORTHERN REGION OF NIGERIA

The problem with Nigeria is not first and foremost the problem of leadership and followership, but the problem with Nigeria is that Nigerians know that they have problems, but do not want solutions to these problems because some see these problems as opportunities to benefit from such problems, hence they do not want solutions to the problems, even though they well know the solutions, because when solutions are sought to these problems from which they hitherto derived some benefits, such problems will be drastically reduced and they themselves will start having problems of not benefiting from the problems any more - herein lies the problem with Nigeria.

This explains why the problems Nigerians ought to have discussed yesterday and found solutions to have become the unresolved problems today, but which lamentably the problem-minority who benefit from the problems simply want things to remain the way they had been from the beginning and they would go to any length and would even resort to "soaking the blood of dogs and baboons" to ensure the problems remain ever so as it is common knowledge that maggots are kept going and alive by the faeces, and any attempt to clear up the mess in the lavatory would leave them dead, hence they prefer to live and die in the mess because it is from such that they feed and live.

In view of the fact that the status quo benefits the tyrant-minority who mostly are members of the ruling class, who as a matter of fact, constitute the ruining class, and change/reformation has the potentials of benefiting all concerned, but this, exactly is what the ruining class do not want - the all-ness of reformation is what this tyrant-ruinous-minority don't want. This was what Chief Remi Fani kayode (Fani Power) referred to as "Peculiar mess" and famously translated into Yoruba by some of his illiterate kinsmen and women as penkele mesi!

And as above, the APC-Jega organised ELECTIMIDATIONS have thrown up yet again the often ignored fundamentals which instead of identifying, addressing and restructuring them, have often been used by successive military and political officials as mere opportunities to exploit by them to divert attention from key issues of national importance by organising such fraudulent, money-guzzling, time and space wasting and energy sapping conferences.

The fundamentals the electimidations have thrown up/exhumed/resurrected and why Buhari cannot fight corruption:

CONSTITUTIONAL FUNDAMENTALS & POWER BALANCE

As I write I can hear the echo of some Nigerians truly yearning for a change and saying: Buhari, tear down the wall of corruption! But he cannot!

THE FUNDAMENTALS AND THE URGENT NEED TO ADDRESS THEM, BUT DOES BAD LOSER MUHAMMADU BUHARI HAVE THE WILL TO DO SO?

The Physical Fundamentals and Restructuring

SECTION A

THE CONSTITUTION FUNDAMENTALS...a new constitution that will support sitting public officers being investigated/probed is urgently required as the current one supports and encourages corruption.

SECTION B

THE NATIONAL REBIRTH FUNDAMENTALS AND RESTRUCTURING LEADING IN THE END TO THE NIGERIAN RENAISSANCE...this should be the starting point to first tackle what I call MIND DISEASE.

The Costitution fundamentals and restructuring

SECTION C

1. The physical fundamentals and restructuring (Land, Local Government areas, constituency fundamentals (delineation), boundary adjustments, regions, countries in one United Nigeria, if yes, how many? I have been proposing 4-in-1, experimenting by first collapsing the current geo-zones into 4 (Nigeria East of the Nigeria, Nigeria West of Nigeria, Midland or Middlle Belt or Central Region and Nigeria North of the Niger comprising all the States in the current North East and North West, and constitutionally vesting all of the land in the country in the hands of the People and Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where no person or persons or group of persons or an ethnic nationality or geographical zone shall lay claim to any part or section as SOKOTO CALIPHATE and go on to lay claim to such idiocy in a Republic and keep disturbing the polity via blood-letting once there is a power shift to another part/zone of the country and ridiculously refer to bonafide citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as settlers, non-indigenes, non-natives, strangers, guests, parasites, aliens, etc, etc.

2. The population fundamentals and restructuring

3. The armed forces fundamentals and restructuring

4. The police fundamentals and restructuring

5. The civil service fundamentals and restructuring

6. The educational fundamentals and restructuring

7. The resource control fundamentals and restructuring

8. The political appointment fundamentals and restructuring

9. The economy fundamentals and restructuring

10. The age fundamentals and restructuring (henceforth there must be a constitutional/standardized after-graduation years to enable Nigerians coming out of univerities develop a career of their choice, grow, mature, acquire experiences in such career paths and stand for something and be known to stand for something for a minimum of 30 years and a maximum of 35 years before seeking elective offices or be called to serve their fatherland at all levels of government including being nominated to represent the country at international level and such appointments MUST be based on competitive performance rather than hereditary privilege. For example: Before a person can be appointed minister, director, presidency spokesperson, state spokesperson, etc, they must have put in between 30 and 35 years of service before being appointed to serve as a  political public servants.

This will not only help to refocus people to concentrate in their chosen careers, it will help reduce corruption and stabilize the polity and avoid the idea of a person who has just finished their service being appointed into sensitive political posts all because the father is a General, former President, minister, former minister or an industrial magnate, etc.

11. The National Education fundamentals and restructuring - what type of education for all the citizens of Nigeria bearing in mind they are all coming out to compete in a united Nigeria and binning such rubbish as Almajiri education which Jonathan throughout his Femi Fani Kayode-led rubbish and lacklustre campaign was disturbing the world with.

12. The National education service fundamentals and restructuring

13. The National Philosophy of education fundamentals and restructuring

14. The Federal Health Service fundamentals and restructuring

15. The legal fundamentals and restructuring

16. The philosophical fundamentals and restructuring

17. Standards in public offices fundamentals and restructuring

19. Public Conduct of former Presidents/Heads of State fundamentals and restructuring

20. The sociological fundamentals and restructuring

21. Citizenship fundamentals and restructuring making it a criminal offence for any citizen of Nigeria resident in any part of the country to be referred to as "settlers", "non-indigenes", "non-natives", etc carrying a jail term of between 7 and 14 years.

22. Multi-racial fundamentals and restructuring - Nigeria to become a multi-racial nation

23. The Nigeria Language Project fundamentals and restructuring- evolving a distinct indigenous  lingua franca for Nigeria in order to do away with English and French or such other foreign language/s in public spheres - such a language MUST not be any of the major, but it could be newly evolved or created or any Nigerian language that is becoming extinct can be adopted and revived/resurrected.

24. The wealth distribution fundamentals and restructuring

25. The moral/ethical fundamentals and restructuring

26. Ethics in Business fundamentals and restructuring

27. The religious fundamentals and restructuring - removing religions/prayers from public events and stopping the funding of any such nonsense as religious tourism which comes in the guise of holy pilgrimages, where public officers officially steal tax payers' money to go on such rubbish, conclusively making religion of whatever hue a highly private enterprise.

28. The contract fundamentals and restructuring

29. The cultural fundamentals and restructuring

28. The sporting fundamentals and restructuring

30. The oil blocks licensing fundamentals and restructurig - outlawing individuals from owning oils blocks and companies to bid for oil businesses MUST have been in business for a minimum of 30 years and a maximum of 35 years - and individuals with connections in Government cannot hurriedly register a company back-date such or use such companies to partner with a company or companies who have been in business for the stipulated period of 30/35 years in order to use their connections to such a company and procure a contract or share the proceeds of such a contract having deceptively gone into the company/ies who have been in business for the stipulated period of time.

The traditional institution fundamentals and restructuring - traditional rulers are to be constitutionally banned from partisan politics or making political statements or any such that will inflame or capable of inflaming the polity - any traditional ruler that is interested in partisan politics, must vacate the throne and join any political party of their choice - if there is any need for any traditional rulers to award traditional titles, such must go through a Federal institution to be henceforth established and must be only so awarded after rigorous scrutiny of both the giver and the receiver of such a title - in order to stop encouraging corruption amongst Nigerians, both in private and public setors, such titles at such a level is not really desirable as they are mere money making enterprises from greedy traditional rulers, who themselves are very corrupt - the Benin traditional institution does not indulge in this nonsense, hence it has remained much revered by the Benis and across the country. And if we are serious about stopping official corruption, traditional rulers MUST be outlawed from giving out any form of chieftaincy titles to Nigerians or foreigners resident in Nigeria.

30. The infrastructure fundamentals and restructuring

31. The night economy fundamentals and restructuring

32. The retail economy fundamentals and restructuring

33. The High Street economy fundamentals and restructuring

34. The small business fundamentals and restructuring

35. The cottage industry fundamentals and restructuring

36. The cottage foundry industry fundamentals and restructuring

37. Incubation Centres fundamentals and restructuring

38. The foreign direct investment fundamnetals and restructuring

39. Come - and-  invest in our country before patronage fundamentals and restructuring - Under this programme, car manufacturers, aicraft manufacturers, defence weapons manufacturers such as the BAE Systems must invest in Nigeria and train Nigerians before the Nigerian Government or any of its representatives can patronise them.

40. Components and Spares manufacturing fundamentals and restructuring...all auto components and spares, and others must invest in Nigeria with such being produced in Nigeria, where Nigerians are so trained to handle their productions, and after a period of time such will continue to be produced locally and by Nigerians 100%.

40. BUY NIGERIAN fundamnetals and restructuring

41. The business/investment/upstart loans fundamentals and restructuring

42. The corruption index fundamentals and restructuring - what is corruption and what constitutes corruption?

43. The sermon/preaching/evangelical fundamentals and restructuring

44. The professional fundamentals and restructuring

45. The contract fundamentals and restructuring

46. The tertiary education fundamentals and restructuring

47. The teacher/teaching fundamentals and restructuring

48. The comapny letter heads fundamentals and restructuring - henceforth, all company letter heads MUST no longer bear the names of directors, board of trustees who are now mostly retired generals and other highly placed persons in society, thereby placing others bidding for the same contracts at gross disadvantage.

49. The professional bodies fundamentals and restructuring

50. The job fundamentals and restructuring, establishing JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES CENTRES in every LGA including establishing Job Boards at all Bus Stops, Churches, Mosques, train stations, strategic street corners, cinemas, theatres, etc.

51. Workshops + Studio Education fundamentals and restructuring (Apprenticeships and Skill Academies).

52. Education Academies in all of the 774 LGAs fundamentals and restructuring

53. The family fundamentals and restructuring

54. The national network of roads fundamentals and restructuring

55. National Road Watch fundamentals and restructuring

56. The environmental fundamentals and restructuring

57. The Pastoral fundamentals and restructuring

58. The grocery fundamentals and restructuring

59. The agro fundamentals and restructuring

60. The indigenous craft fundamentals and restructuring

61. The industrial fundamnetals and restructuring

62. The cotton industry fundamentals and restructuring

63. The aviation fundamentals and restructuring

64. Civil service salaries fundamentals and restructuring - why always late?

65. Private/personal health, fitness fundamentals and restructuring.

66. National Day of walking to work to be declared.

67. National jogging day to be inaugurated

68. Military fitness fundamentals and restructuring

69. Police fitness fundamentals and restructuring

70. Construction fundamentals and restructuring - No more winners take all; no more foreign contrators getting all the contracts only to use the labour of Nigerians to do all the work, whilst these Nigerians are paid peanuts, the foreigners get the chunk of the money, transfer such money to their countries, go on holidays, are given cooks, drivers, gardeners, etc, when these foreigners were just trained as apprentices in colleges and academies in their countries, but Nigerians who are more qualified having been trained as engineers are treated by them as hewers of wood and fetchers of water. The Nigerian Society of Engineers and all in the built environment MUST now be involved in all contracts, no matter how small.

Henceforth, any major contractor who wins a contract MUST register Nigerian engineers, sub-contract bits and pieces to them with the hope of growing indigenous engineers who will later take over the major contracts - ONLY Africans, ever foolish as they are, do give major contracts to foreigners. No foreign nation will ever trust the construction of their critical national infrastructure to Nigerians/Africans, no matter how qualified, as they will always claim these Africans cannot handle such jobs and the highest they give to Nigerian/African engineers on this side of the Atlantic is to employ them as mere site workers/hands! So why MUST we after 55 years of existence as a nation continue to give the largest chunk of the construction industry works to Julius Berger, RCC, Solel Bonel, Strabag, etc and lately Chinese construction firms - No nation can grow its engineering workforce like this, you know!

71. Sporting fundamentals and restructuring

72. Critical national infrastructure fundamentals and restructuring

73. The air quality fundamentals and restructuring

74. The noise pollution fundamentals and restructuring - all forms of noise above normal decibels including such as the muezins calling for prayers through blaring noises from loud speakers early in the morning beginning from 4-5 a.m, other faith groups who have also joined since the advent of prosperity nonsense in the 80s till the present -if our night economy has been developed such that some Nigerians work night shift, is someone telling me in the name of religion, or one inconsiderate fool blaring their hip-hop music will not allow such Nigerians just returing from work to sleep, bearing in mind that by 12.00/14.00, they will be on their way to do their late shift?

Is this fair on others? Religion is a private affair, so must be kept private - unless someone is telling me their God is either deaf or dead who needs to be woken up every time they want to pray to listen to their prayers - consider the long term consequences of such high level noises over a long period of time on the naturally fragile ear drums. Henceforth, they must be an Act of Parliament/National Assembly on National Noise Level (NNL), violation of which should carry a jail term of 5-7 years!

75. The environmental quality fundamentals and restructuring

76. The national driving licencing fundamentals and restructuring

77. The national speed limit fundamentals and restructuring

78. The national trading standards fundamentals and restructuring

79. The pedestrian fundamentals and restructuring

80. The traffic fundamentals and restructuring

81. The banking fundamentals and restructuring - ethical, professional, investments, loans, dress code - female bankers MUST dress responsibly to conform to international standards and not as prostitutes, also the tradition of counter clerks, customers services assistants demanding money from banks customers MUST be made a criminal offence, depending on the money I sent home, they have always collected between N500 and above from my relations just for going to the banks to pick up money so remitted - the way I had to stop this was to post money from here direct into the accounts of my relations.

81. The national work ethics fundamentals and restructuring

82. The Nigerian working time regulations fundamentals and restructuring

83. The national productivity fundamentals and restructuring

84. The work place rules fundamentals and restructuring - female/male sexual harassments

85. The national dress code fundamentals and restructuring

86. The female students in tertiary instituitions, colleges, vocational academies fundamentals and restructuring

87. The handout fundamentals and restructuring

88. The Facilitators or JAMB Admissions Middlemen and women fundamentals and restructuring leading to outlawing these practices as parents are being made to pay these admission middle persons as from N500, 000 - N1 million just to cook up figures for their children and wards in order for them to get admissions into tertiary institutions, in both public and private institutions - There MUST be an Act of Parliament/National Assembly against these practices carrying a jail term of between 21 and 35 years.

89. The national reading culture fundamentals and restructuring

90. The Get them off the Streets into Class or Fishers of Children or the Education Net fundamentals and restructuring - it must me made a criminal offence in all parts of the country for children of school going age to be in the streets engaging in any form of begging - be it almajiris or any other or be hawking/selling wares by the roadsides during traffic or going round the streets hawking when they should be in schools - it must be an Act of the National Assembly/Parliament carrying a jail term of between 3-5 years for culprit parents/guardians.

91. The town planning fundamentals and restructuring

92. The housing fundamentals and restructuring

93. The rental control fundamentals and restructuring - upfront rental payment of between 2-5 years is simply madness; it is a major source of corruption in Nigeria and this must be reduced by an Act of the National Assembly to a weekly payment or monthly - no Nigerian must pay their rentals for more than monthly - whether old tenants or just moving-in-tenants - offence should carry 5-7 years jail term for any landlord who henceforth collect rentals for a period of six months,  a year, etc...it's such a heavy burden on Nigerians and a major source of many vices when people can't cope. At the moment in Nigerian cities, landlords are collecting commissions from prospective tenants who get accommodation directly through them and not through estate agents - rental commissions are only collected when an accommodation is gotten through a registered third party, in this case (an) estate agent/s.

94. The charity/NGOs fundamentals - the incoming government must insist on the registration of all NGOs before commencing any form of business/services, they must be audited by a designated Federal Authority as well as independent bodies and all those found to have squandered money accessed from the West or any sources must be made to go to jail - and they must be encouraged to source funds locally as funds they get from abroad are spent on personal lifestyles and these have been causing embarrassment to Nigeria/Africa as their accessing of foreign funds are badly presented here in the West by all including the Western media.

95. The Federal Faith Authority - this must be set up to regulate the conduct of all religious bodies including registering them, what they preach, auditing them by both Government agencies and registered independent auditors and in addition all churches and mosques established by individuals must henceforth start paying taxes.

96. The water crisis fundamentals and restructuring

97. The power/energy/electricity fundamentals and restructuring - ban importation of second hand generators, torches, etc.

98. The industrial/industrial estate fundamentals and restructuring - Local Goverment Councils must begin to get creative and innovative by having areas carved out in all the 774 LGAs for industrial purposes, besides Federal and States Governments efforts in this area.

99. The rural develomemt and electrification fundamentals and restructuring.

100. The foreign policy thrust fundamentals and restructuring - since 1969 there have been conscious attempts by the Oligarchic North to redefine the nation's foreign policy, moving it from Africa which used to be the centre piece of its foreign policy, and then from the West to the Arab world culminating in the joining of the OIC, D-8, and today the nation is paying very dearly for such crass stupidity being theocratic-orientated in its foreign policy thrust and since the Africa-China Alliance of 2005, another foreign policy faux pas was committed by the Yar'Adua-Jonathan Government leaning towards China, thereby further cutting off the West, who all conspired to punish Nigeria under Jonathan in a period of grave threat to national security. Henceforth, what order then must the the nation's foreign policy thrust follow? My natural preference will be Africa, the West, Russia, Asia and others. We should have friends amongst those who can help us in our hour of need. Nigeria MUST get out of the OIC and the so-called D-8 nonsense!

101. The Nigerian working time regulations and restructuring -

102. Private/public offices dress code fundamentals and restructuring

103. The collapse of indiscipline in public places fundamentals and restructuring

104. The collapse of national values/standards fundamentals, restructuring/revivalism

105. The Girls/Girl-Child education fundamentals and restructuring

106. The ADUMAEAN MODEL - the four countries in one fundamentals and restructuring

107. The basic amenities fundamentals and restructuring

108. The security fundamentals and restructuring

109. The strategic defence fundamentals and restructuring

113. The national awards/citizens recognition/chieftaincy titles fundamentals and restructuring

114. The oil pipelines surveillance fundamentals and restructuring

115. The national economy diversification fundamentals and restructuring

Buhari to resume search for oil along Chad Basin

on April 20, 2015   /   in News 6:30 pm

BY NDAHI MARAMA, MAIDUGURI

The President-elect General Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday, said his incoming administration will accord priority to ending the Boko Haram insurgency and bring stability in the north east geopolitical zone, focus on re-activating the Lake Chad and deploy enormous resources to resume vigorous search for oil along the Chad Basin in parts of Borno State.

General Buhari who spoke at his residence in Kaduna while responding to requests made by Governor Kashim Shettima, the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai Elkanemi and some elders from Borno State during a congratulatory visit to the President elect.Sai-Buhari

While acknowledging delays in oil exploration activities in the Chad Basin, the incoming President said he was very much aware of exploration activities in the area since 1978 as Minister of Petroleum. He said he had visited a site in Borno State as a Head of State to assess exploration activities and that he was very much conversant with the issue and would take it up as President when he settles in office.

General Buhari said he had many years ago, suggested the need to take the search for oil in the north seriously, not only to increase the export potentials on Nigeria, but also to balance cross regional perceptions and manage agitations so as to enhance the stability of the country. He promised to pay special attention to the economic potentials of the northeast so as to make it attractive for investments.

(A SPECIAL POLITICAL ANALYSIS FROM 1804 TILL THE PRESENT)

BY JOHN ODEY ADUMA, PUBLISHER AND BRITISH CHEVENING SCHOLAR, UNITED KINGDOM

HOW THE HAUSA - FULANIS, THE DESCENDANTS OF UTHMAN DANFODIO AND THEIR CRONIES UNDERDEVELOPED NIGERIA AND AFTERWARDS CREATED THE WILD DONKEYS OF THE DESERT

.....rerum cognoscere causas

He will be a wild donkey of a man;

his hand will be against everyone

and everyone's hand against him,

and he will live in hostility

towards all his brothers.

-  Genesis 16:12

Yep, as I was saying, the Hausa-Fulanis of Nigeria since the Baga containment exercise appears to be courting the West, their erstwhile bosses who on leaving handed over Nigeria to them in a manner reminiscent of the Biblical king who on leaving for a far country said to his trusted servants on handing over his kingdom to them: OCCUPY TILL I COME.

With the colonial mentality which is still the bane of all persons of African ancestry, the Baga-induced romance by the North with the West was a political calculation by them that Britain and America will one day or another back their quest to wrest power, their ‘birthright’ from the South or the Ijaw Confraternity, even if it means getting it through coup which is the last resort in their magomago bag, if Boko Haram failed them as the the street urchins the Almajiris had failed them resulting in the North divorcing the almajiris, albeit, temporarily leading to their current mosters Boko Haram, which as we had predicted have not only abandoned the original scripts handed over to them by the cabal, but have turned into Frankenstein's monsters.

Bokoharamism is the very reason for the politicization of the police, the armed forces, the para-military; Boko Haramism was the reason for the destruction of the Nigerian educational system under IBB using Jibril Aminu, his then Education Minister who today is posing as a patriot seizing every available opportunity to display his brand of patriotism and loyalty before Nigeria’s Kile jeku(?) journalists when in fact, he’s a member of the inner circle that has destroyed Nigeria. Aaaaah! Have you so soon forgotten the case of former Miss Adeyinka Badejo Versus Jibril Aminu? The then young woman scored 293% in the National Common Entrance Examination of 1988, but was not invited to attend an interview, whereas, those who scored far, far below her grade in Jibril's & Ibrahim Babangida's North were not only invited for interviews, but were in fact, given admissions. To the dismay of the chroniclers of Nigerian education history and posterity, when the then Miss Badejo dared Prof. Jibril Aminu at the court of law, Justice Grace AKINBOBOYE told the then young woman that she had no locus standi.

That destruction of education in Nigeria by Jibril Aminu and others of his ilk before him acting on behalf of the ignominious cabals largely account for the state of the education sector in Nigeria of today such that people from far-flung lands including lamentably for example, Universities in the Gulf States and those of our next door neighbours, Ghana and Republic of Benin now flood Nigeria to hold Education Fair for knowlege-thirsty young Nigerians whose parents having been frustrated by the open-today-close tomorrow syndrome of the nation's higher institutions are being milked dry of hansome resources in their attempt to seek alternatives for their children/wards in all realms and climes, in and around the world at what ever cost! This being the sorry state of our educational system currently, on behalf of posterity therefore, I want to ask the trio of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, Ango Abdullahi and Jibril Aminu: What really went wrong with education in Nigeria?

Still on the locust-like activities of the Oligarchic North as carried out by this same Jibril Aminu as witnessed by me in one of my many investigations day and night on dertification, grazing lands, mega dams (Tiga and Challawa Gorge Dams, the Kafin Zaki Dam project which was discontinued by the so-called  Interim National Government (ING) of Ernest Shonekan because of my findings, massive irrigation projects which has killed traditional agriculture, desiccation of the river systems, subsistence pastoralism which led to the formation of General Muhammadu Buhari’s The Pastoral Resolve, which was the idea of my former boss and mentor Mr Romeo Barberopoulos, chairman and founder of Nigerian Foundries Ltd, the plight of the Fulani Bororos, etc, etc, I visited the desert where Jibril Aminu then in his capacity as Minister of Petroleum and the Northern elders were wasting our money to look for oil in the desert. When I took it up with Oil Companies CEOs and prominent expatriates resident in Nigeria, especially the rationale for such a wicked waste of resources, they told me Jibril had told them when he was asked to give up the obvious futile efforts of hoping to get oil in the desert, Jubril had said to them: “I will not stop as I don’t want to incur the wrath of the Northern elders.

Fellow compatriots, home and abroad, can you now see that Bokohramism is the very reason for such a waste when such money could have been used for the education of the talakawas' children they had kept as cannon fodders over the years to slaughter  at will their compatriots, especially the Igbos, Christians and others . I make bold to say here that after the revered politician Aminu Kano and Gambo Sawaba the no-nonsense female activist, no Nigerian living or dead has again taken up the peculiar situation of the almajiris, the talakawas generally aimed at educating them, rehabilitating them, liberating them and giving them a future as I have done, and still do both nationally and internationally.

I want to stress here with all sense of responsibility that all the Hausa-Fulani elite and political class including military officers are united in their mistreatment of the almajiris and talakawas.  While in Nigeria when I had taken up their matter with traditional rulers in palaces and Generals, they all told me: “People should be allowed to be educated in line with their religion.” And when I had to remind them their children are not receiving this miserable education and I would be told, “My dear John, that’s the type of education they want, let them have it.” Again, Bokoharamism is the reason for their foisting Islamic education on the children of the talakawas, whilst they are sending their Children to City University, Oxford, Imperial College, Harvard, etc.

TOWARDS THE DEMILITARIZATION AND DECOLONIZATION OF THE APC/BUHARI'S MIND

OIL IN THE DESERT SINCE 50 YEARS SEARCH? SHEER MALLAMNOMIC STUPIDITY AND PRODIGALITY!

THE PARABLE OF THE CAT AND MOUSE...EXPOSING AREWA'S HIDDEN AGENDA BEFORE THE TIME

Meanwhile, the Savanna cat turns round to chase away the mouse from the Cocoa District of the Rainforest having just helped him to repossess the throne. Gerrrrrout! This is THE HOUSE OF AREWA...THE HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO...Out of Bounds...Tresspassers will be devoured on arrival...Get it right! It's turn by turn Plc, kaji?!

Is this waste/mallamnomic and prodigality in the APC manifesto? If yes, why was it not made the party's central focus during their campaign fraught with puerility, infantilism and unparalleled pedestrianism?

As it has been in the last 50 years or so, this is a totally wasteful and a highly feudalistic project - part of the Arewa's Hidden Agenda which will soon be uncovered in the coming days, weeks, months and years. Buhari did not deem this very rubbish fit to discuss it with Nigerians during his lackluster and very boring campaign because it was to him not important for the nation to again waste its resources on as it was in the days of the military when every rubbish as dictated from palaces was carried out and unchallenged by other Nigerians.

The military mentality as well as colonial mentality is still very much in the mind of this Buhari. It is a highly wasteful capital intensive elephant project, where if the true population figures of the nation have been known, I would have suggested it be debated, therefore, must be killed on arrival as a rubbish bill, so MUST be binned.

All Nigerians MUST stoutly resist this insult and NANS, the Nigerian Labour Union, Civil Liberties must start planning to troop to the street to resist this nonsense. Muhammadu Buhari must know this is a democracy and must learn to play by the rule, instead of his trademark military fiat, and he must also know this was not an election issue. While it served him as a serving General to get things done for him via military order, with immediate alacrity, command, decrees, etc, in a democracy, he will need to get things through advice, suggestion, persuasion, lobbying, negotiation, robust debate, bill presentation, appealing, etc.

It is hereby suggested to Buhari to get himself a democracy coach who will help demilitarise his psyche and decolonise his mind of always looking up to the West for advice, support, suggestions, in order to get things done and also, going there for medical check up/treatment, as even though his gang of coup plotters, whilst they said the nation's hospitals had become mere consulting clinics, never in fact, did anything to use the bonanza of resources at their disposal to build good and comprehensive hospitals! How many time have foreign leaders - the Queen, President Obama been to Nigerian hospitals?

Buhari came to Chatham House in the UK to campaign, so when will David Cameron and Ed Milliband go to Nigeria to campaign, Buhari, Tinubu, John Oyegun and Rotimi Amaechi?

The search for oil in the desert was not an election issue, hence Bola Ahmed Tinubu whose acquisitive tendency is unparalleled in modern times, and who too has now become a bloody tyrant, viper and an emperor must face the nation and tell Nigerians if the search for oil in the desert was part of the deal, if any, he had entered into with the House of Arewa through their fanatical agent, Buhari. Bola must know that in just a matter of time, he might be called to be given one of those funny and often ridiculous chieftaincy titles after which they will shove him aside and tell him in plain terms THE HONEY MOON IS OVER..."You merely helped to get power back to the House of Uthman Dan Fodio, you are indeed not one of us!"

This very project, I had been told by expatriate oil executives and foreign diplomats resident in Nigeria after I had visited the site since the early 1990s that it was not a viable project and would not be a viable project as every effort by the Northern elders through the likes of Jibril Aminu in his capacity as Petroleum Minister they had concluded and had told him so that it would be a sheer waste of the nation's limited resources which could have been diverted to carrying out developmental projects rather than the crass stupidity of trying to get honey from the rock in the name of federal character as if that's how nature works, hence Aminu's response as above when I asked them why they had not advised Jibril Aminu to give up such waste of the nation's resources.

The contractors out of frustrations abandoned the project, hence when you get to the site all you would see were abandoned equipment, so why does Buhari want to resume this waste? Part of the Arewa's hidden agenda, you know - as many as would begin to unfold in the coming weeks, months and years, the description of Lord Lugard referring to the Nigerians South of the Niger as fools would again and again be fulfilled and will continue to be fulfilled in our national life unto eternity. People are already calling Bola Ahmed Tinubu a super-strategist, progressive and a revolutionary, but mark my word, by virtue of his antcedent, BAT is a mere idiot, vicious propagandist who will use any method including the crudest and amoral Machiavellianism to obtain what he wants - and no method for him is too dirty!

Embarrassingly, BAT and his cohorts - your so-called strategists, reformers, revolutionaries and progressives went into a deal with the HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO without asking or tabling for discussion before committing everything into the BATTLE OF ELECTIMIDATIONS the simple basic questions to be asked in such a strangebed fellows arrangement in what I have called the MAI KUNU - NGBATI ALLAINCE - who gets what, how, where, when, which, why and how? The current deadlock between the HOUSE OF AREWA AND THE HOUSE OF ODUA including the scheming out of Leke Osinbajo who had initially been billed to chair the APC/Buhari side of the Transition Committee just like Namadi Sambo is heading the Jonathan/PDP half offers perspective on what I am trying to say here and gives a glimpse of the colour of the AREWA GOVERNMENT soon to be inaugurated on May 29, 2015. Had your strategists not been shortsighted, stupid and careless - these were things to have been discussed before they ventured to nominate Buhari as their presidential flag bearer! What is more, had they understood the complexity of the Nigerian polity; had they understood the ABC of the nation's politics, before committing themselves in any least way, they ought to have had in writing, stamped and sealed with respect to first - what type of Nigeria should they all be aiming to have, who owns Nigeria, what restructuring with respect to key issues such as the constitution, nature of federalism, the armed forces, industrial developmement, education, the police etc, including such frontline ministries and political posts as defence, interior, immigration, the police, customs and excise, foreign affairs, agriculture, water resources, resource control, senate president, house of reps chairman, secretary to the government of the federation, the judiciary, works and housing, civil service commission, NSA, federal charater commission, code of conduct bureau including frontline embassies/high commissions abroad in such country like the USA, the UK, Germany, France, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia even if it meant such a deal would have been based on probability principles - that is to say, if the APC won.

WHAT DID THE YORUBAS GET AFTER HELPING TO KEEP NIGERIA UNITED?

Looking back to the 60s, this was the same mistake made by the Yorubas as led by Chief Obafemi Awolowo regarding keeping the nation one, even when in principle, he had been reported as saying if Ndigbo broke away, so would the Yorubas. But when he decided to be committed to Nigeria, he allowed the House of Uthman Dan Fodio to get away with virtually everything and the result of that stupidity is what we have today regarding all the problems the nation is facing currently - that ignorance and naivety displayed by Awolowo was such that after going to 55 years of the nation's existence as a sovereign nation, the Yorubas could boast of just one four-star General, whereas the House of Arewa including their minority cronies in the Upper Niger could boast of 4-Star Generals in Yakubu Gowon, Murtala Muhammed, in a way Muhammadu Buhari, even though out of false modesty he did not elevate himself to that status, Ibrahim Babangida, Sani Abacha and Abdulsalami Abubakar including many other Generals such as Lieutenant Generals, Major-Generals, Brigadier Generals, etc.

People have always claimed as part of the 'booties' of the civil war, the Yorubas got industries in Lagos - well this too is a gross display of ignorance - early industrial developmet in Lagos were courtesy of the Western Regional Government efforts of the same Obafemi Awolowo, and again those industrial development abounded for the commonsensical reason of Lagos being the capital of Nigeria until December 12, 1991.

What am I aiming at? Simply I want to tell the Nigerian people that they must never fail to negotiate and never must they fail to concede, where necessary as not to in either case is crass stupidity.

Also, in all of the departments of life, let us not fear to concede defeat, where necessary and where practicable, especially when concedeing defeat will not compromise valour, integrity and dignity, but let us not concede defeat out of fear. However, one thing is certain, the fear of the fear to concede is the fear of the fear to risk violence.

And as J.F.Kenedy once said: "Let us never negotiate out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate."

Therefore, let the word go forth to all Nigerians and the children of the coming generations of Nigerians that we are not building a North and South country. No! And we shouldn't even aim at that, nor at having a divided country, but a united one. I mean ONE NIGERIA without such nonsense as Arewa Consultative Forum, Ohaneze Ndigbo, Afenifere, etc, for we are all Nigerians. Nigerians do things together and together all Nigerians do things.

WHAT ABOUT NDIGBO?

None!

Not a single 4-Star General and I can only remember Lt. General Onyeabo Azubuike Ihejirika as probably the only Igbo person of such a rank, who was only elevated during the ugly reign of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

WHAT OF SOUTHERN MINORITY?

Not a single full rank General.

THE MINORITY QUESTION

The nation needs to revisit the minority question without further delay.

Examples: Why have the lots of the minorities, both North and South not been bettered since independence?

In the North, the killings of Nigerians in the former Benue Plateau axis by the Fulanis have continued unabated. In the North East, such orgiastic killings by Boko Haram have been concentrated on minority - Christian Community areas - but why, why, why I ask?

EXTINCT LANGUAGES IN THE NORTH

Do Nigerians know how many languages have been swallowed up by the Hausa language?

But why has the nation failed to protect its minorities, North and South?

MINORITY SOUTH

Why despite the fact that the resources of the nation - 95% of such come from the SSM, yet they have not been given their dues out of these national honey pots, even under Jonathan, and even with the creation of the so-called Niger Delta Rubbish Ministry, which I had said again and again that it was not necessary as the nation mustn't be seen to be creating ministries for every of its problems? In my letter to the late President Umaru Ya'Adua, I did suggest the holding of the Niger Delta Summit and the collapsing of the Niger Delta Developmemt Commission into a Department in either the Ministry of the Environment or Petroleum or Agriculture. It's sheer waste of resources to have this alongside with the so-called Niger Delta Ministry which Buhari MUST do well to scrap! If this is not scrapped, then we must have ministries for Desertification, Erosion, the Pastoralists, etc.

Why is it that once any land is in dispute with neighbouring countries, both North and South, the ones in the North and South West are not ceded, but the ones in the South, South/South East axis are usually ceded? Good examples: Southern Cameroon and Bakassi. Whereas, portions of land that once were in dispute in North East axis were never ceded to Cameroon, nor the South West losing Badagry to the Republic of Benin, whilst the disagreement lasted.

Why was it so easy for Sani Abacha to execute Ken Saro Wiwa?

And why was it so easy for Olusegun Obasanjo to almost send the Odi people to extinction, courtesy of the so-called Federal Might?

Why are the infrastructural development in places like Ogoja, the Niger Delta, South East, Cross River and Akwa Ibom generally in such an appalling state?

WATER FROM CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC (CAR)?

Buhari said he would get water from the Central African Republic to irrigate agro projects in the North. Where would he get the money for this and the search for oil in the desert nonsense? What of the water being held up by the mega dams which abound in the North, especially the Tiga and Challawa Gorge dams, courtesy of the Yakubu Gowon's stupid policy of greening the North which I had spent over 23 years investigating drawing the attention of the Nigerian nation and conscientious humanity to over their deleterious effects on the ecology of Northern States of Nigeria, amongst others, hastening the process of desertification, causing unimaginable dust bowls/sand dunes, incalculable deaths of animals, desiccation of the rivers systems all over the North, the killing of traditional agriculture in Northern Nigeria, disappearance of grazing lands which also can be attributed to their confiscation by the Generals and emirs, other VIPs, which now put pressure on local farmers in other parts of Nigeria due to the frequent clashes between them and the Bororos whose cattle are forced to eat up crops of these farmers leading to untold deaths. And what is worse, when these mega dams burst they sweep communities on their way without journalists in Nigeria reporting these!

Had one of my special investigations lasting three months in Northern States of Nigeria not led to the stoppage of the Kafin Zakin mega dam project whose contract was won by Germany's Julius Berger, it was calculated that on completion, over 500, 000 people would have been displaced, millions of herds of cattle would have been adversely affected, besides thousands of peasant farmers losing their farmlands including crops and other economic activities. The Kafin Zaki mega dam project was stopped due to the the international outcry following the publications in the Nigerian Guardian of my Special Investigations entitled: Advancing Desertification 'Fires' raze Ecology of Northern Communities on January 26, 1998 and Herdsmen's Farewell Symphony For Nigeria on April 26, 1998.

My special report on pastoral jihadism will be published before or soon after Buhari is sworn in. The Special Report looks at the problems leading to the conflicts between 'Cain' and 'Abel', mercenary jihadists from Niger, Chad and other countries, the real owners of the cattle being led down South in the name of grazing, but more for jihadi purposes, for the Sultan of Sokoto Sa'adu Abubakar is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MACBAN - Miyeti Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria; why Buhari and the Sultan have turned the other way, whilst the killings go on. The Special Report asks Buhari the simple question:  if he could not use The Pastoral Resolve which was the brainchild of my former boss and great mentor Mr Romeo Barberopoulos, founder of Nigerian Foundries Limited based on one of my many investigations up North to stop the killings between the herdsmen and farmers, what makes him think he has the capacity to tackle the multifaceted problems of Nigeria?

On the Pastoral Resolve now headed by Ahmed Joda in which my investigations were largely instrumental to its formation and with I personally designing all of its literature after visiting the rugas with my then boss, I personally wrote letters to highly placed persons such as Ministers, Governors, Business people, other top ranking politicians to solicit funds on behalf of the then Buhari-led NGO and was its Southern Coordinator and Public Affairs Manager, I did conclude in my investigations throughout the length and breath of Northern Nigeria lasting three months, by recommending economic pastoralism as against subsistence pastoralism as to my mind, nomadic pastoralism had outlived its used by date and canvass a sedentry lifestyle for the nomads, taking cognizance of their education and that of their children, but was surprised that none of these became the focus as contained in the PARE booklet after THE PASTORAL RESOLVE had taken off which explains why the killings have continued unabated because of the powerful forces who in the first place, own these cattle being carried about the place by the Bororos, who have now been surreptitiously co-opted into the jihad in Nigeria, amongst whom are now Janjaweeds from Sudan and other jihadists from far off lands!

HEREDITARY PRIVILEGE AND MUHAMMADU BUHARI'S CERTIFICATE SCANDAL

Or is Buhari out to take Nigerians for a ride as he did in khaki taking instructions from palaces - the descendants of those who helped him to join the army?

In a particular generation of the crop of young Nigerians, some people went to the Nigerian Military Training College after the completion of their training at the Nigeria Military School in Zaria, or after they had passed their Cambridge School Certicates Exams and later the General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Levels, with very few from the South going to the NMTC with Degrees, etc. But amongst those from the North making up that generation, who did not pass through the NMS, Zaria and had NO CERTIFICATES WHATSOEVER entered the then NMTC, Kaduna, later the Nigerian Defence Academy courtesy of "political arrangements" - that is getting letters from emirs...or simply marched from palaces under the now well known agenda - of perpetual domination, and foremost in the recruitment exercises at the time were Ahmadu Bello the then titular Sardauna of Sokoto - with Brigadiers Hassan Katsina who later became the Governor of Northern Region and Zakariya Abubakar Hassan Maimalari, described to me by a General as "a young, dashing and an inspiring officer" going from school to school to recruit those who would later represent ONE NORTH and became its voices at the top echelon of the military, hence some military officers of that era from the North are without certificates!

GENERAL ALANI AKIRINADE'S BLIND ES PRIT DE CORPS

Thus, I was shocked to the bone marrow when General Ipoola Alani Akirinade was blindly defending the indefensible, for the grouse of his and following generations from the South was that whilst they were busy burning the midnight oil reading to pass their various qualifying examinations to enter the Royal Nigerian Military Forces Training College or just the Nigerian Military Training College, Kaduna and later the so-called Nigerian Defence Academy, which I had described to a General that that military academy is in fact, to be known and called THE NORTHEN DEFENCE ACADEMY, some of their counterparts/compatriots from the North were merely being admitted by just bringing in letters from palaces!

What about in the civil service? Remember, until the early 80s, most highly placed federal officers from Northern Nigeria only had diplomas in public administration, Islamic Studies,  local government administration, animal husbandry, agro-related fields, Grade II Teachers Certificates. For example, whilst Alex Ekwueme as Vice President of Nigeria from 1979-1983 paraded an array of Degrees, probably five then in various fields, his boss Shehu Shagari the President of Nigeria could only boast of having just a Teacher Grade Two Certificate!

So when people talk about Muhammadu Buhari's Certificate Scandal, they should widen their tentacles to all the spheres of our national life and discover for themselves what I mean, that Buhari is just one in thousands, if not millions of our compatriots from the North! Let OPERATION SHOW YOUR CERTIFICATES/DEGREES be held now for Nigerians from that part of the country, in all spheres of our national life and you will discover many 'Buharis' who will simply tell you that their Degrees/Certificates had been gutted by fire, lost, corroded by acid/other chemicals, lost in road accidents, erosions, floods, stolen, etc, etc, yet they are the ministers, generals, directors, IGPs, DGs, etc! God help Nigeria.

The fellow who brought out his Degree and tore/burnt it to show Western education is sin, why do you think he did that? Because he knew by virtue of coming from that part of the country, he doesn't need the School Leavers Certificate to become the President of Nigeria, despite the basic requirement of seeking to serve in that office as entrenched in the Constitution!

(MY) DREAM OF A NEW COUNTRY

To keep you guessing, I will endeavour to keep you guessing.

The name of the new country will be NIBE from the first two alphabets of Rivers Niger and Benue. The new country will officially be named and called THE GREAT NIBE FEDERATION and the people of the FEDERATION will be the people inhabiting the Lower and the Upper Niger. The people of the NIBE would be known variously as the NIBITESor the NIBIANS or simply the NIBEAEANS!

Under the arrangement in which I am pushing this through is called THE ADUMAEAN MODEL (after myself) or the FOUR-IN ONE MODEL or simply 4-in-1 or 4:1.

What I have in mind is that the country currently known and called Nigeria will be split into four countries in one, namely: NIBE EAST OF THE NIGER (NEON) (or EAST OF THE NIGER), NIBE WEST OF THE NIGER (NWON) (or WEST OF THE NIGER), MIDLAND/MIDDLE BELT/CENTRAL REGION and NIBE NORTH OF THE NIGER (NNON) (or NORTH OF THE NIGER). They will first start as pilot projects in form of regions so all problems emanating from these arrangements can be collected/collated and studied for over a period of ten years before they can by referenda become countries of their own under the GREAT NIBE FEDERATION. This will enable each country move at its own space and adopt the type of Government it so desires, but there will be areas, where the mother country will exercise control and supremacy over all the four countries - Defence, Foreign Affairs, Homeland Security, Central Policing, Land, Marine, etc.

GEOGRAPHICAL/LAND, POPULATION BALANCE AND BOUNDARY AJUSTMENT IN THE NEW COUNTRY

These will require a new and people-orientated constitution with the proper division of the whole country for the sake of justice, fairplay and balance as Nigeria as currently is, is carved in the image of the HOUSE OF UTHMAN DAN FODIO using the infamous and bloody jihadi routes as the successive military were merely receiving instructions from the palaces, from where some of them were marched into the then Nigerian Military Training College, later the so-called Nigerian Defence Academy, so their allegiance was not in any way to Nigeria, but to all those emirs and top civil servants from whom they got letters to the NDA, and who also were instrumental to their elevations at every point in their military career, hence the obvious lopsidedness in everything Nigerian. The country currently now known and called Nigeria was founded on lies and anything founded on lies will not last as according to Martin Luther king Jr., "Truth crushed to earth will yet rise again."

And to end this part of the article, I 'd like to add that the truth that sets you free is the truth that you know, practise, do and live by.
